I got a few quotes from other businesses as well but this one was much cheaper ($150 compared to other quotes that were between $250 - $390) and also have he most responsive pro. We set up an appointment for just 4 business days after the first message. Two people came in around 11am, were very careful and were done within 30 mins. They were very careful and cleaned up afterwards. The door now looks as good as new! The one small thing I wasn't very happy about was that they were not wearing masks but other than it was a great service and a great cost!

I immediately took photos of the wrong J channel and texted the sales rep and he agreed it was wrong. I then Called the owner and he was very nasty and tried to say I was given the choice by the workers for both colors and that I choose the wrong color. I will not be bullied by an owner and a company that is wrong and trying to blame the customer for their error. The character of the owner was disappointing by his unwillingness to assume responsibility or to offer any solution. See you in court

After…read moregetting yanked around for over a year from my previous contractor, I had enough of poor communication, false hope and non action. It wasn't easy to find Justin and my hope was disintegrating after being ghosted by people who never showed up, people who showed up then don't follow through with the estimate, or people who didn't honor appointments. Thankfully he restored my confidence! Justin is knowledgeable, down to earth and reliable! R E L I A B L E!!!! I was impressed when we first met that he showed up on time. Not only that, he permitted us to purchase our own materials and provided a materials list. We saved a lot of money just on that. Justin installed a bay window that we had in our garage for 17 months after being ghosted by our original contractor. We were thrilled with the workmanship, and the whole process honestly. From the contract to the scheduling to the work- everything ran like a well oiled machine. He also tore down the ugly fiberglass brick that was installed in 1970 something and replaced it with clip stone. Justin did a great job choosing the color pattern as we chose willow peak which has a variety of colors. We will definitely be working again with Justin for other projects we have. He is a skilled contractor and his crew is very pleasant too. They go the distance! I feel very grateful that we found his company. His crew was kind enough to load our trailer with unused supplies we had to return, they made sure to clean up after working, and were respectful. Impressed is how I would describe the whole experience.

I had to sit through a bunch of meaningless videos and at the end was hit with a $6700.00, yes you read that correctly, quote. I immediately laughed and told the salesperson I had other estimates which were NO WHERE NEAR theirs. He told me I get free tea and biscuits because the owner is from England, big whoop. He then proceeded to call his "boss" which was the owner of the company. The owner said they can cut 10% off. I laughed again and politely asked him to leave. What a dishonest company. I have no idea how they have any rating above a one. I received an estimate from Family Roofing of PA (717) 929-0385 for $1700.00 for the same exact seamless gutter replacement with the same warranty. I am truly insulted and offended that a company operates in this capacity. Absolutely shady pricing practices. First impressions mean everything and they blew it. I will continue to spread the word among family and friends to stay away from this company. I have no affiliation with Family Roofing of PA, but the representative Grant was very honest and straight forward which I value in a company.
