Always enjoyed communication with Trina and Micah, but this Amber at the front desk now has definite mental issues. Demanded that I leave because I disputed that that drip pans were not clean when I moved in, nor was the oven. She wasn't even there when I moved into the dump. Dealt with 10 weeks of roaches crawling through my bathroom wall into my apartment. Bathroom cabinet fell off the wall and could have caused physical injury, dumping the contents across the bathroom, it was screwed into drywall only, toilet was backed up for three days when maintenance got sick. Should have called a plumber if the job could not be completed by maintenance. High rent prices for a poor environment. No parking for thr 400 building, 36 apartments, 37 spaces and they will issue 2 tags per apartment at $25 dollars a piece. You pay the fee but there is no space to park in. Definitely would recommend people look elsewhere for a good rental. read more

It's More Of A Game Played As People Know They Never Act On Anything They Say. Many Of Residents Infested With Bed Bugs And Cockroaches. Buildings Are Known For That. Dealt With Numerous Pest Inspections They Refer To Them As "Random Selected Unit Inspections" To Keep It Hush. The Units Are Ridiculously Outdated. Carpet Is Old As Dirt. Hallways Are Filthy,And Always Smell Of Drugs. Nothing Is Done About That. If Your A Obituary Liar Your Promoted By MRD. A God Send At That Point To Them. Maintenance Is The Managers Brother So Be Cautious As He Runs To The Office Any Chance He Gets To Receive Brownie Points. Amber The Leasing Agent Is Very Rude.
