Demanded that I leave because I disputed that that drip pans were not clean when I moved in, nor was the oven. She wasn't even there when I moved into the dump. Dealt with 10 weeks of roaches crawling through my bathroom wall into my apartment. Bathroom cabinet fell off the wall and could have caused physical injury, dumping the contents across the bathroom, it was screwed into drywall only, toilet was backed up for three days when maintenance got sick. Should have called a plumber if the job could not be completed by maintenance. High rent prices for a poor environment. No parking for thr 400 building, 36 apartments, 37 spaces and they will issue 2 tags per apartment at $25 dollars a piece. You pay the fee but there is no space to park in. Definitely would recommend people look elsewhere for a good rental.

It was walking distance from my place of employment. That being said, there are numerous reasons to not live here. -Small EVERYTHING. Virtually no storage space. - Bedbugs. Need I say any more? -Larder Bugs. -Our apartment had (still has) graffiti on the walls. -Landlord who is completely out of touch with her tenants. -It was VERY dirty when we moved in; even though the landlord said she 'Cleaned'. - Numerous plumbing issues. - Fixtures falling apart. - Landlord complains every time you call to have something fixed. These are just a few of the numerous problems we faced over the last year. If you are looking for a place to live, please look elsewhere.

Lakeland apartments are terrible to live in! The apartments are full of mold and the hallways stink…read moreterrible! There is no ventilation so the air is stagnant. The carpets are nasty and a 100y old! The cops come and arrest elderly disabled people all the time because the elderly smoke marijuana because it helps their pain but instead we have cops with nothing better to do putting their noses in the doors smelling for this! This place is a joke and I wish to God I would have done my homework before I moved here! Take fare warning! Don't rent here if you don't want to end up in jail!
