I was told in a crisp tone, "We don't see non-clients for emergency situations." So... a veterinary clinic with a focus on who's in "the club" instead of "there's an animal that needs help"? Can never get a refill on a medication promptly. Vaccines run out all the time and they do not bother to tell you until you make your way to the office to find out. PRACTICE IS GHETTO. Only one of the front desk girls helps while the other gossips or gets sassy on the phone with you. NO GO. DO not go there!

My kitty is my best friend and follows me everywhere. The staff was so kind and loving. They couldn't believe my kitty was a senior. They checked her everywhere from nose to tail. Kitty had to have tail removed because of a malignant lump. She is so bright ideaed and loving. I couldn't find my carrier and she weighs 16#. They loaned me a carrier and gave me a bag of food because I was out of her prescription food for high sugar. The caring was so wonderful and sincere. I found my new vet!!! I tried to type bright eyed but it wouldn't let me. They also put her on a diet
