Brisket is nice and moist with a choice of lean or fatty. It had a nice bark to it and was really tasty. Pulled pork was also very moist. Dwayne is using apple wood to smoke his meats which gives the slightest smoked flavor. The chicken also was super moist which you very rarely find with a nice sauce on it and laying a bed of rice. Super tasty!!! The beans had a slight sweetness to them. Mac n cheese was with small elbow macaroni and a ton of cheese. Love the fact that they are a small town feel to the operation.
