This is the spot! In the tiny town of Adelphi. Absolutely wonderful little shop doing great things. The philosophy of the owner is pretty great. Treat the animals well. Don't have them travel long distance before or after they are processed. It's not good for the animal and it's not good after for the meat. They have a true ethical center that has me driving 1/2 hour from Chillicothe to source our beef. This is truly local beef. Excellent quality and good people. They also have pork and chicken, but neither are locally raised. read more
