The Smoked Mac is so nice and creamy, made with Velveta and cream cheese and several other ingredients. Add the Brisket and some sauce on top. Super tasty. The Pasta Salad has broccoli,carrots, cauliflower and two types of cubed cheese (Colby and Sharp). Makes for a yummy salad. It's always a great day when I get to see some of the top people in BBQ. They have a bottle of sauce you can put on your food but do not give you individual containers. As Covid Delta is ramping up, one would expect individual containers. We also ordered the potato salad and it was very bland tasting. Also, for $3.00 you do not get very much potato salad; not a good value. Again, there was a salt and pepper shaker on the food truck tray one could use. But, aside from the Covid comments above, how would one know that there was no salt on it until one tasted it, necessitating another trip back to the truck to get salt. I would not get this food again. Pat's BBQ food truck is so much better.

You can order online or at the site on a kiosk. I ordered at the site. Getting a Pulled Pork Sandwich, Macaroni and Cheese, and Baked Beans. Took awhile for the food to come out. The sandwich came out on a toasted brioche bun with the logo branded on it. The sandwich had a fair amount of pork on it but part was warm and part cold. It was chopped up well and had a nice smoky flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was a thicker style but needed a little more flavor to it. Baked beans had a more neutral flavor to them, they added a fair amount of pepper to them to help with flavor. Not bad at all. They were out of cornbread which being open just a couple of hours is unacceptable. I will give them a pass for this visit as they are obviously just getting on their feet. Hopefully it gets better.

I'm always quite skeptical when it comes to bbq places. Ive had many bad experiences. When i saw this food truck right off of st rt 37 I just had a good feeling about it. The owner, Jimmy, was the nicest guy right of the rip and it was easy to tell that he knew a thing or 234234 about TRUE AUTHENTIC Memphis BBQ. I tried the Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac n Cheese, beans, and slaw. Everything was perfect. The brisket was cut into thick slices and it was so juicy and the crisp on the bark with the smoky flavors was insanely delicious. The pulled pork was hand pulled and seasoned to perfection. They came on sandwich as part of the "World Famous Meal Deal" and it was a MONSTER of a sandwich. Pulled Pork and Brisket piled as high as the plate could handle. The sides were even better than expected and accompanied the bbq to perfection. I work in the area and this is going to be my new place to go for food. I just gotta throw this out there as well. They offer delivery locally and to truck drivers parked across the street. Way to take care of our truck drivers working hard during this time. Go check out Memphis Blues and BBQ! The friendly owner was just out there rocking it out taking orders and cooking all by himself! I ordered the "Big Meal" with one each of chicken and pork kabobs. It came with rice pilaf, a refreshing cucumber tomato salad, and the meat was super tender and flavorful. The portions were generous. OH and OMG honestly the Tzatziki was some of the best I have ever had. I am part Greek and am very picky about this sauce being done right.
