They are out of Canal Winchester. They have had the truck since 2016 when they converted it from a Potato Chip truck. Ordered the Pulled pork, mac n cheese, baked beans and cole slaw. The pulled pork was on a grilled bun. The pork was a little dry to me. They have two sauces that you can have. Both are homemade. The regular was a little sweet and had a nice taste to it. The spicy had a little heat to it. Both were homemade and great. The mac n cheese was of the baked variety with plenty of cheese in it. They utilize spiral noodles in their variation. The baked beans were made with brown sugar and some pepper added, very tasty, great texture (will return just for them). The cole slaw is of the sweet variety, was made with several types of cabbage, carrots, celery salt and pepper.

In this case, I'm kinda kicking myself that I let my "First impressions tend to say a lot and hold true" personal motto cloud my thinking; I should have given Sophie's a second chance long ago. These pierogi were fantastic. Filled to the seam with potato purée. I went with their classic pockets served with sautéed sweet onions, roasted garlic & smoked paprika butter and sour cream. Outstanding!! I'm impressed! Looking at their menu, I'll certainly be tracking Sophie down in the summer months, as reading their Huevo Rancheros dish left me salivating!
