I was given my receipt 2 weeks after I paid my daughters payment. So Friday Jan 11th I was paying Dec 31st-Jan 18 which was $100.50 but let the owner tell it I was late for Dec 31-Jan 7 th week(remember I just had got my receipt week of Jan 7th). So I asked Ms. Diane will she have the owners to call me because I felt like I shouldn't have to pay a late fee because I was just given a receipt. The spoke with the owner Corletta friday Jan 11 at about 9ish that morning( I wasn't expecting to talk to her so soon because she is a school teacher). I spoke with her Visions phone(I walked outside) talking to her for less than 5 mins she initially came off like she didn't care what I had to say....so I told her "I said sounds like you mind is made up, I will not argue with you I know your at work I'll talk to you later have a good day & I hung up the phone" Moments later she called back Ms. Diane answered and apparently she told her that baby had 2 weeks notice. So basically she put my child out for what reasons???? It doesn't look right I'm sorry!!! Right is right and wrong is wrong....OH not to mention the police was called on me as well(Not I never once raised my voice) Seems like all her acts (Corlette) is because I'm black.......This place has been nothing but unorganized since day 1!!!!!!!! My daughter loved her teacher and it seems as if this problem could have been resolved. January 11th I reached out to the other owner Mrs. Linda Mitchell McCullough and I've yet to receive a call back. Before this I highly recommended Visions matter of fact another just started there because of me. Nowadays you hate to base things off of race but I feel as if myself & my daughter were RACIALLY PROFILED at this center. I found my daughter another daycare within 10mins and she started today. I've asked several times if the owners would call me and they've yet to contact me. Ms. Diane does all the dirty work for the owners. Sorry this is so long I'm trying to touch everything that I've experienced since my daughter started in June 2018. I placed $50 (cash) in the drop box one day and all of a sudden $20 came up missing. Cash was the only way I paid. Per Ms. Diane $20 was missing but it seemed fishy...what she should have done was called once of her employees in the room with her to confirm that the envelope stated $50 but it was on $30 cash then I would have believe it.This place is losing children left & right....They have teachers in the kitchen cooking(not right). Ms. Diane makes copies of cash(against the way-counterfeit) instead of giving receipts as soon as the cash is given. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE ESPECIALLY AMERICAN AMERICAN CHILDREN!!!!!They are money hungry and do not care about the children.(Excuse any errors)

My son started attending this preschool in August 2017. He is an only child so we were a little…read morenervous about putting him in preschool but he needed that interaction with kids his age. The whole staff is friendly, welcoming and they try to ensure the kids have a great day. He was recently diagnosed with autism, while this facility isn't geared to help with the extra needs he has. They do try their hardest to make his day go well as they do with the other kiddos. I see this first hand, I stay a few minutes most days to help him settle in and everyone is always so great. Mrs. Ellen has been a great teacher, she is understanding and loving. The whole staff is awesome!

My son bonded with her and made the translation of moving so much easier. She was a real asset for helping him make new friends and conquering potty training. She remained as a source of comfort for him even as he moved up to the next class. The last class is pre-k with Mrs. Carol. She is also amazing. She has really prepared my son for kindergarten. We just took his placement test for SFES and he did exceptional. I know this is due to Mrs. Carol. Not only did she get him prepared educationally but also in other aspects. She helped his behavior improve overall. She expects manners, respect and responsibility from her students. Mrs Heather is the director. She is great at communication. She lets us know when there is an issue at school such as a child is sick or computer class. We have been extremely pleased with this childcare.

She is very passionate about her job and my daughter greatly enjoys going here before school and after school. It's a great benefit that Carmen offers to take her to and from school nearby. Her helper Francis is also very interactive and nurturing with the children. My daughter learned a lot before starting Kindergarten. I had planned to enroll her in preschool but decided not too after seeing how much she was learning here, I always recommend Carmen's daycare whenever I have friends or family needing child care service.

Mrs. Karen was wonderful and loving. I loved Mrs. Angelique and thought her approach to requiring slightly more out of the children was age appropriate. My son loved all his teachers, including Mrs. Vice and Mrs. Napoli. Not to mention, all interim teachers he's had coming and going that step in to cover the evening shifts and unexpected teacher absences. I always recommend them. I have never seen any inappropriate behavior from any teacher. I cannot speak for others, only my experience. (My son has never said anything that made me concerned for any situation.) They have always had great communication with me as a parent as well. I also had two young female cousins that both had excellent experiences at this daycare. Get on that waiting list early. This daycare is worth the wait in my opinion.
