The cashier called out the manager b/c it rang up differently. I showed him the internet website advertisement. With complete rudeness, even hostility in his voice, he glared "it's a mistake"! I can't sell it to you for than price, someone entered it wrong. Well it's halfway through the sale month, can you honor the stores mistake for 1 bottle? I ask. NO, bugged eyed now. No words exchanged, we just left. To make matters worst, as we sat in the car discussing this very icky interaction, he came out and looked around the parking lot! It was obvious because he behaved poorly, he figured we'd resort to his ill behavior. The only mistake here is to think that this business gives a hoot about their customers . He obviously doesn't care about customer relations or professionalism! I wonder what happens when a customer accidentally breaks a bottle? We won't be back.

I called up Honeygo Wine and Spirits to buy them a bottle of wine and the owner Bernie hand-delivered it to their house free of charge. He even offered to get a card for them for me! Unbelievably nice. We loved this place when we lived in Baltimore and it's the first place I think of when I'm back in town visiting. Great selection and great people. The new owner (who I met & had nice conversation with about the property) is a kind, friendly, professional business man. He took a place which was an eyesore & turned it into a beautiful looking location which has plenty of parking, always clean and well stocked place which is enjoyable to shop in for anything from domestic beer, craft beers, ciders, wines, liquor and specialty items. On my first visit to the store I was looking for a special beer and couldn't find it so I asked the owner if they had any in stock & he immediately found some for me and carried for me as well to the register. On our 2nd & 3rd visits to this location we again had excellent customer service and the owner was there and greeted us each time and if we were looking for a unique item we were promptly guided to where it was located and heavy items (cases) carried for me as a courtesy. The prices are also reasonable. I recommend this location and when you're in there say hi to Pinto the owner. He's don a lot of work to this location and takes pride in his store-as he deserves. 5/5 selection 5/5 cleanliness 5/5 friendly staff

I have been here to attend a few of those tasting classes at this location. Came by for the Sips of…read morethe Season class on a Thursday night. The parking lot was not crowded as it would be on a normal day. Found a parking spot right by the entrance. Went right upstairs to the tasting room. This one is smaller than the one in Laurel but it's still large enough for about 45 people. The instructor for the evening was Jimtastic. He is very enthusiastic and entertaining. He definitely brought some high energy to the class. I don't know much about wine so this was a great opportunity to try new things and learn a little. Fun times and a great idea for a group outing or a date night.
