It was a mistake that's already costed me more than it was worth in terms of aggravations. I had to take it back to them 2 days later because it sounded horrible, worse than before. They blamed it on a broken hanger, but the sound returned again shortly after and I've realized it's because the system they installed doesn't come close to fitting. Instead of telling me this they just slapped it on. To make it 'fit' they hung the exhaust pipe just underneath the control arm for the suspension, causing them to hit one another every time I go over a bump. No wonder the hanger broke. I'm going to have to take it to a better shop.
