Video monitors show the movements throughout the class but there's also a coach present to demonstrate and make corrections, if necessary. From what I understand, some days are more cardio / agility / body weight and some days are more strength focused. The coach also helps you modify any challenging movements to suit your personal abilities and goals! I will definitely be going back for more. The energy of the group was stellar ( I went at 12:15 ). I was nervous as I am always about a new gym, especially them knowing that I am only dropping in. That didn't stop me from making pals at this place. The 5 am crew are tight and friendly. The first time that I entered this gym I was approached by who I thought was a member saying " hello new person" this was Joey who I think is one of the head coaches, I think. It didn't take long for him to learn my name. I was also able to me Greta, she is the normal 5 am Coach. Greta, seriously changed my life when she told me to think like a scarecrow when doing a snatch if you are a crossfiter you know that it only takes one person to tell you how to do a movement that can change the way you have been doing everything, and she did! I seriously fell in love with this place, the challenging workouts coupled with the friendly atmosphere, I would totally recommend this place! I wanted something difficult. I needed accountability. And I longed for strength. Being one month in, I'm so grateful for this space. All of the trainers are absolutely wonderful. They want me to do hard things for myself, and not for the workout, and I know this due to the way they treat me. They've paid close attention to me from an encouragement, teaching and commitment standpoint without making me feel incapable and incompetent. For the first time in my nearly four decades on the planet, I'm craving my next day at the gym after leaving yet another strenuous one.
