The group classes are by far my favorite! They have CrossFit, BurnBarbell, Burn40, BurnCon and a wild card on Saturday mornings! The top tier class for me is BurnCon because it consist of 4 - 6 minute station and between each station you take off for a good run. It's the cardio with weights, the amazing trainers, the community, music and lighting that really push me to do my best and make me feel unstoppable! I honestly didn't want to write this review, I was safekeeping this gem but it's truly a next- level workout experience that it's only a matter of time untill the secret is out!

So when an ad popped up and I seen this facility (which I had never heard of) I was amazed at the amount of stuff they offered and it's still growing. When I went for a tour i knew this is where I had to be to fulfill the next step in my life. Complete physical transformation. I love the area we get to work out on, I'm still learning all coaches and the times they are open are perfect. They let you be you as long as you are there to handle business! If you are in the market for change or something new or a change, this is an great place. True, I don't have nothing else to compare it to per say, but all other places haven't attracted me like this one. What I like most about Grit Fitness is all I need to do is show up workout for 35-40 mins get my butt kicked then leave knowing I got a great work out in. Feels more like a nightclub than a gym, except I can lift weights instead of pretending I like to drink. Only gym I haven't had to wear earbuds and put on my own music, although your taste may be different. Probably went overboard on side delts since my home gym has no dedicated machines for them, but I'm not complaining. Might only get one more day, so I plan to hit back and biceps tomorrow.
