Since the place is 24hrs thats important to me. They have a security guard that patrols and a life alert-like system that you can activate if you feel like you need emergency assistance. I found out that they have aqua rowers and I couldn't wait to try them since I love rowing. The dual handles really provide more range of motion options for working out your arms. I loved it. I look forward to coming back and trying more classes.

It's very clean & organized It seems very secure. It is open 24 hours, only staffed 11-8. You get either a code or you can use your app to unlock the door. Everything seems very straightforward when it comes to using the rooms and machines. Cons- It's small. I'm 5 11 and I can't do a lot of the yoga stuff due to a lack of space. The walls are low & close, which is a little odd because in all of the informational videos they have way more than enough space. I definitely would not have three people in one room two is more than enough. When signing up it is a minimum 3 month plan. Also I did find it a little weird I went back & fourth with Hattie on the enrollment price. When I walked in the sign said $20 enrollment && I had spoken to someone on Saturday & asked her if the $20 enrollment included the mat & towel she told me yes. When it was time to sign up she said the $20 was over bc that was last month. I wasn't feeling to well so I was kind of out of it but I reminded her the sign outside literally says $20 enrollment. She said she would change it & did!! I also told her my cousin referred me, she told me they they don't do anything with referrals, as soon as I signed up and got the app they definitely do do something for referrals lol Also, as soon as I got home, I saw that the enrollment for the month is now 4$. So it was a little weird that she kept pushing the $99 enrollment when I was aware of the $20 and for the month of July they're doing a 4$ enrollment. So just be aware of any specials before you go in.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!…read more Short version: Overpriced, very limited number of classes, frequently cancelled classes last minute, cramped space, undertrained coaches, and harassment/threats/fees when you try to quit. Was also repeatedly pushed to create positive reviews and social media content (which may explain some of the 5-star reviews here). Long version: I've done a lot of fitness boxing and really wanted to like this studio. I was one of the very first members at this location, joining even before the official grand opening. At the time, I was told by David, the manager, that even more classes would be added, specifically, that the M/W/F noon classes (the only weekday classes I could attend) would be expanded to every weekday, so I signed up for 8 class credits for $149 a month after a cheaper initial 3-month promotional price. However, after joining, the Monday noon class was changed to workout only, no boxing, which was not why I paid a premium to attend a boxing gym. And within my final 5 weeks, the remaining Wednesday/Friday noon classes were cancelled at least 3 times, once while I was driving to the class and did not find out until I arrived at a locked studio. In addition, there were only two classes TOTAL for existing members each weekend. With so few classes, it was impossible to use up all of my 8 monthly credits. Even when there were classes, one was handed over to a "trainee trainer" with no supervision, who did her best but was overwhelmed and unable to run the class while also trying to operate the music, lights, and screens. Not to mention that if you get a space on the back row, there is no room between you and the back wall, so you have to squeeze yourself to the side and hope to not get hit. In addition, I was asked twice to film a positive "testimonial" for the studio, and every time someone completed 10, 25, 50, etc. classes, they were pushed to take a photo after getting all gross and sweaty from class. I had to step in once when one guy repeatedly told them he didn't want to do it but they wouldn't take "no" for an answer. At this point, I contacted the studio to terminate my membership more than three weeks before my next monthly payment due date. When they charged me anyway, my credit card disputed it on the grounds that Rumble Boxing was not providing the services I agreed to when I signed my contract. This was when the harassment began. I received several texts and emails threatening to send my account to collections and immediately adding $50 worth of fees. Despite the repeated cancellations and never receiving the noon and weekend classes I was promised when I joined, due to the repeated threats, to end the matter I made a written agreement with the studio that I would have my credit card provider allow the original payment to go through and would pay $25 worth of fees via credit card. Both of these I did the next day. Two days later, despite me making payment as promised, Rumble Boxing - Sandy Springs charged me an additional $174. This was not how we had agreed to handle the matter, but I paid the $174 to end it and fortunately, it appears my credit card company has made sure only this payment went through. I also contacted the Rumble Boxing corporate office to express my frustration and as of nearly two months later have gotten no reply, so good luck trying to deal with this company at any of their locations. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Rumble Boxing. You can see screenshots of several weeks of empty Friday/weekends with few or totally cancelled classes, as well as their collection threats in the photos section.

I arrived about 20 minutes early, so I could get a feel for the place, know where the lockers are, how the class works, and everything else that comes with coming to a new fitness studio for the first time. Simon, the front desk associate, was super helpful. He walked me into the studio before class started and gave me a good rundown on the machines and how the class operates. I'm familiar with gym equipment for the most part, but it was nice to see some of the newer machines that this place had. The instructor's name was Carly. Carly was great!! She was motivating and was good at providing guidance throughout the duration of the class. She introduced herself to me before the class started as well. The class itself was INTENSE. But I am a fan of intense, so it was right up my alley. I burned 500+ calories in just under an hour, which is way more than I burn when I just go to the gym. The music was awesome too, a nice mix of EDM and other genres. I would definitely consider coming back here again in the future!

Don't come here if you want to deadlift or use machines/treadmills that aren't broken. I stopped using their gym in Salem after I had a baby 2 years ago and they changed locations to Marblehead. They continued to charge me for months after they moved and I wasn't even coming in. Why would they resume monthly memberships after closing down and moving to a new town to begin with without consent? I signed up again this month not aware of these charges, then AFTER I paid 80.00 to start a new membership, the front desk lady says she needs to talk to me. Accuses me of not paying my old balance and it's my fault because I must have called the bank to stop the charges. I explained I wasn't there the last several months of my membership due to having a baby and them moving to a new town. She tried telling me I need to also pay that before I work out and they won't waive that fee, even though they never told me at sign up 2 days prior. I feel this gym is predatory and doesn't treat their customers well, they only care about the money. I've never written a poor review about anywhere but felt I needed to say something after how I was treated.

A few months later, I came across an ad for Burn Druid Hills (if you haven't guessed, they are a franchise gym) with a special promo for a month. Given my great experience in the past, I jumped on this offer, completed a free trial class and then immediately signed up for the promo month. The rest is history and I've been part of the Burn community ever since, over 100 camps under my belt . They have great staff plus knowledgeable and personable instructors and the location is clean. Even though this is a group setting (camp/class), instructors pay attention to each individual and push them to do better! Classes are a combination of weight and functional HIIT training. Every week is different so there is never any monotony, and the camps are high energy and fun! You work out together as a group and build friendships and community! In addition to the workouts, they offer focus meetings where each member can meet with an instructor to talk through and define goals, understand their body composition and measurements and work towards getting better! And guess what - they have free childwatch while you work out. It's really a no-brainer. 45 mins to focus on yourself and no worry about kids, distractions etc. Plenty of free parking, complimentary towels, shower room, and the best community!!
