The class in my opinion appeared overbooked, with 3 people per station which I have never had experienced more than 2. Hand weights had to be shared so I was unable to increase with sets as the workout intended. There were also no towel to wipe down equipment/faces throughout the workout. I love planet fitness, have been going there for about a year now and no complaints until today…read more After my workout, I asked to use the tanning bed and the guy working (beard, long hair in a ponytail, probably middle-aged), gave me a hard time and pretty much acted like he hated his job. He was rude when asking me questions, ordering me around, and was also rude to my friend that came with me. The girl working with him was very sweet and Ive never had issues with any other workers.

She literally stood there typiing for 3-4 minutes, when I asked if there was a problem she began insulting and using profanity! I asked to speak to a manager, she told me he was working out and was not available. The General Manager was on the climbing machine so i walked down there. He was just as rude as the front desk and proceeded to tell me that"he was working out and to get the HELL OUT AND WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE. THE WORST EXCUSE OF A GM!! These two ppl should lose their jobs! I will never return I will be contacting Corporate asap.
