A new owner purchased this studio about 3 years ago. She is a retired high school teacher that found yoga at a second stage in her life. Her joy is infectious and it's apparent with her staff and members that attend. It is a wonderful addition to our community in Bluffton. She is always hosting different community workshops that are wonderful to be able to attend in our small town.

It was a blast. Right on the beach. Weather was wonderful. The instructor greeted us and the other 12 or so people and was very polite. The session was relaxing, somewhat challenging and enjoyable. I had to be redirected or helped a bit by the instructor because my form was poor, but I appreciated that! I'd be willing to do some beach yoga again- and I'd choose Jobs Yoga Cntr if I did.

My wife and I are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary this year and decided to take dance…read morelessons. We had taken them when we were much younger but got off track with family and responsibilities. We had heard nothing but great things about Hilton Head Ballroom Dance Studio, so we checked it out and, after only 4 lessons, we are back on track to where we were. My instructor has helped me realize that I am supposed to be the one leading my wife when we dance, so it's imperative to learn the steps thoroughly so I can lead her with confidence. Knowledge breeds confidence, and that's what I needed, and my instructor is helping me attain that. It is a work in progress, and we are having fun!

The Beaufort MMA Senseis' abilities to build children up with confidence has worked wonders on my middle son who went from shying away from every situation and being timid to a child filled enough with confidence in himself that he willing engages and participates in tasks with others in all aspects of his life. I was looking for some type of martial arts besides karate so I tried this spot out. Right right away they gave me one week of Jujitsu and MMA classes for free. After the first day my children were hooked! I was surprised to see so many families and adults participating here because it is located in the Omni fitness gym. At first it was a little hard to find but as soon as I walked in the door I knew exactly where to go because of the boxing ring, octagon, stand up punching bags and matted floor that took half of the facility. The staff is amazing! The couple that are the main instructors are very good with children and they maintain a high level of discipline. They have other assistant instructors that help out and who look to be in very good shape and are in the amateur fighting business. They have boxing classes, kickboxing classes mixed martial arts, jujitsu and other classes for both kids and adults. Both of my children signed up for one month of MMA and jujitsu twice a week from 5-630 pm for $190. I thought this was an unbelievable deal and my kids are absolutely worn out and hungry at the end. I so glad I found this place.
