I have taken yoga flow with Kimmie (one of the owners) and I hate yoga. Her class was the first yoga class I have ever enjoyed! Jackie (also one of the owners) really makes me feel empowered as a woman! She constantly reminds us that we are beautiful; we are strong I have taken her Zumba toning class and tried out barre with her and wow! I had never thought that taking a class would make me more sore than lifting weights!! Angelica teaches Strong Zumba and she was actually my very first Zumba instructor years ago so I was so happy to see her! I have never had a workout with her that I was not sweating profusely. Heather teaches Zumba toning and turbo kick and I love her. I actually came to the studio because of her. I have lost 30 lbs since last August and I give her lots of credit for it. I hated working out but took her class at Knollwood country club and was hooked. No longer was I dragging my feet to do a workout! I actually look forward every day for my next class! Who knew that working out is so fun??? I really suggest trying a class or two here. Heck get that unlimited monthly deal because once you start going you are going to fall in love with all the ladies there! No one there to judge so do not worry if you have no "experience". Most importantly these workouts are so fun and even though it kicks your butt every class!

I was attending this gym for a solid year and a half for kickboxing and even tried doing jiu jitsu…read more I don't recommend this gym to anyone. If you aren't dedicated to this gym only your risk being thrown out and told to never return. The owner is someone who made doing jiu jitsu a hobby into something more. His teaching lacks depth and knowledge and for the price being charged it isn't worth it. I wish I had better things to say as I really looked forward to coming to this gym and participating in kickboxing, but since kickboxing was abruptly shutdown and is no longer being offered I'm gladly taking my money elsewhere to support a female run gym.

Had to ask for my refund rather than automatically refunded for the inconvenience. Incredibly unprofessional. If you want to train here, just know you will be looked down upon if you want to train anywhere else even if you want a well rounded jits and fitness knowledge. This is not a place of support for students or instructors. I would consider many other locally owned gyms before I ever even think about taking another class here. Won't be back.

I am thankful for what Eastlake/Fitstop has provided for me in the past , but I need better from you guys

I'm so glad I did. I felt like I understand the true meaning of yoga now. It isn't about 'turning yourself into a pretzel' as people say, its about my mind and a deeper understanding of life in general. I don't think everyone needs to have the private sessions first. There is no reason to be shy about going to this facility...there are all shapes, all sizes, men, women, young and old. This place is so welcoming that I got 2 of my friends to start coming to yoga and they love it as much as I do.
