If you are moving out of California or within California and need to reliably transport your…read morevehicle(s) to your new home or if you have a business and need to move a fleet of cars, then you need to pay attention to this review. I learned the hard way that there are many automobile transport scam companies operating around the country but then I learned about BAE Auto Shippers and met the owner, Patrick Nayeri. I got an immediate sense that the Infiniti sedan I needed to ship from L.A to Boise, ID was going to be in good hands. When I heard that BMW trusted Patrick to transport their brand new cars between dealerships, I was definitely sold on BAE. Patrick is not only one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, he's also one of the most trustworthy, honorable and professional business owners you'll ever encounter. He's a proud third generation trucker. His price for transporting my car was very fair and he got it there safely, in perfect condition and even faster than I could get myself to Boise. Lol. Payment was a breeze through Zelle. I wanted to tip him and practically had to twist his arm to accept a well earned reward for his reliability. So, bottom line, if you're looking to move your car or cars anywhere, contact Patrick at BAE. His direct number is 818-588-7129 and you can also find him on the web at baeautoshippers.com

Things don't always go as planned - and not every moving situation is perfect. But, this review is…read morebeing written because of the customer service levels I received during the process of solving a few challenges with my daughters move experience using Got2Move in Los Angeles. As a small business owner myself, our motto is 'Response & Recovery is what counts'. Had I written this the day after her move, I would have given a 1 star - and ranted a bit about this company, but this is how they turned things around. We were relieved to find this company & their services. I live out of state, and my daughter had been traveling for work + working long hours, and literally had not had the time to pack & organize for her upcoming move. Got2Move offered the entire end-to-end service including packing, boxes, electronics, plus load/unload & disassembly/reassembly. Wow! And all at an affordable rate. They arrived on time, for moving day and got to work packing. Towards the end of the packing process, my daughter left to transport her cat to the new location & walked into a leak & maintenance underway at her new spot (such a bummer!) so she didn't go back to double-check that the packing work was completed to her satisfaction - the movers wrapped up & dropped all of her items on the new address. Monies were exchanged (including tip) and they were on their way. The next day, my daughter went back to the old address to tie up a few loose ends - and to her dismay, found a hallway closet that was still full of items, the bathroom was still waiting to be packed and random items in a few cupboards, plus lamps, etc. Upset, and with no way to pack, move these items herself - we called Got2Move to help. They were kind, empathetic, listened to the situation, apologized, and asked for a few hours to check in with everyone involved & then would get back to us with a solution. They did just that, followed through, again empahsized that this is not the experience anyone should have during a move (which is stressful in itself) and then arranged a time to have movers come back to complete the move the next day + a partial credit for the experience. Got2Move (L.A.) responded & recovered with grace and to full satisfaction. The process wasn't perfect, but we sure do appreciate the way they showed up to take care of us through the challenges we experienced. And for that, we are giving them a 5-Star rating & our gratitude.

I contacted them through Yelp along with few other top rated companies in Los Angeles area. They were very prompt on sending me a quote and when I finalized them, they communicated through each step of the process. They sent me a contract and clearly mentioned all necessary details. Come the day of move, they were scheduled to come at 10 AM. At about 9:50 AM a guy named Art called me and told they are stuck in traffic and will be in by 10:15-10:20 AM. By 10:20 AM I received another call that they will be further delayed. Finally they arrived at 10:45 AM. I was kind of annoyed but did not keep it in my head since they were constantly communicating. After they arrived, Art explained everything again and we signed a contract. They also brought 12 wardrobe boxes since I asked for extra. He and his friend started at 11:15 AM. They were super fast in moving most of the boxes. Please note that we have a lots of stuff and by that, I mean a lot. By 12 PM, 70% of my place was already in the truck. I was thinking the unthinkable - will they be done within 3 hours? Then came the turn for bigger furniture and things slowed down a bit. They meticulously packed them with brand new blankets and plastic wrap. We were in second floor so there was a bit of extra work on climbing the stairs down with those heavy stuff. They handled them really well. Finally the loading was finished in 3 hours. Then 30 minutes of drive time to the destination and finally unloading. All done in 5 hours, yes 5 hours. Not a single thing broke or scratched or had any smallest sign of damage. I thank Art and his friend wholeheartedly because of such an incredible job with a smile on their face. I will generously refer you guys around.
