Over the phone, a Rinker agent told us that they'd refund the payment, and then we'd proceed with the payment plan as intended, but they never did. I called again, and their agent confirmed that they had processed the refund, and I should contact my bank. I did, and my bank couldn't find any attempt at a refund. I called Rinker back, and they informed me that because the purchase "fell under a different pay period" that they couldn't process the refund. Why lie to me in the first place? If the previous agent was incorrect, they should have called me when they realized the mistake instead of leaving me to pester my bank about it. Left us struggling through the holidays since we could not afford to pay the full payment in a lump sum.

The associate there, Donna, working at this store this past Sunday, before 10 am, was exceedingly kind and helpful. She ended up calling 911 and requested an ambulance, at our behest. She provided all kinds of information for us to use to help us out in this emergency, all the while waiting on customers and performing her job with efficiency, kindness and calmness. We think she should be applauded, and rewarded for being an exemplary employee, and one amazing person.we were lucky to have stumbled on her and this 7-11 store. Please tell her my husband was treated and released after some hours. She might want to know... The address she gave us was for Hornell, but the town itself was Almond.

I would be more understanding if they were understaffed. They had 3-4 employees and could not get things done and the line continued to grow. The coffees were cold, some were completely empty. They do not move fast AT ALL. The older guy didn't offer a receipt & seemed a bit aggressive when giving back my change. Two stars were given as it does have a bathroom & a gas station as many 7-11's I encounter do not have either. Corporate desperately needs to whip this place into shape.
