Then the communication completely changed. Every time I called, I was told the sales managers were "in meetings" and unavailable. Instead of being upfront with me, I kept getting the same response while I waited for updates. Eventually, they called to tell me they had sold the vehicle to someone else. If they had decided to move in another direction, I wish they had simply been honest instead of wasting my time and my lender's time. No integrity.
