I honestly couldn't believe the drive home, no jumping or juddering, not even a suspicious noise. I highly rate this garage and will be returning in three years to have my gearbox serviced. I'm a very difficult customer and they dealt with me very well.

I was advised previously that it would be a simple hose to be replaced ,parts and labour £120 ,I took it to Malvern and they quated me £500 as it could take 5 hours or so of Labour ,much to my disbelief I questioned it as I had been quoted previusly ,when I challenged that it could be the hose they were unsure ,it almost seemed as they hadn't inspected the car at all ,I was completely appalled by it as I've just took it to a new garage who also told me it's just a hose crack ! This car garage makes taking my car in when it has an issue a far less worrying experience. Being female and knowing nothing about cars I am always nervous about being ripped off by garages who see pound signs when a woman appears with an old banger. The guys at Malvern Garage are wonderful at explaining what needs doing in a language I understand and have been known to diagnose faults and offer temporary suggestions when I called them saying something vague like 'I can't start my car in the morning' and they pinpointed the issue within a couple of pertinent (but understandable) questions. Their charges are not cheap, I don't think any garage is but I feel you get an honest price for an honest job and I have never had to take my car back to re-fix any work they have done.

Being impressed, I booked my vehicle in for new discs and pads and an oil and filter change for the following week. I took the vehicle in, I called back three hours later as arranged. The car was ready, job all done perfectly and Rab cleaning around the engine (just to tidy it up - pride in the job ) I found his price to be very reasonable too. I'm pleased that Rab has moved to better workshops closer to me. I would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone for vehicle, tow bar or trailer repairs or servicing. My family and myself will certainly keep using him for all our vehicles.
