Budget Rental Car -- I chose Budget Rental Car because they had great pricing choices for my stay…read morein Albany, NY. The car I received, a new Dodge Charger, and it was in mint condition. My story really starts with how Budget handled me on an emergency trip back home, due to a friend's tragic and sudden death. Even though I was scheduled to return the car in Albany, I felt it was extrememly importmat to visit my friends' widow and children in Columbus, Ohio and then head home to Cincinnati. Upon returning the car to CVG, I was directed to speak to the front desk. I expected a very large charge for returning the car out of state. I explained my situation, and to my surprise, they offered me a tremendous discount in my time of need. *****I am a customer of Budget's for life! C. Lamb Cinti

I've had my best car rental experience to date at this Budget car rental location. I know the…read morereviews are all over the place but I was given excellent customer service. You should probably know I was turning in a car and there were no problems with the rental and there was no line, so waiting was not a problem. The job market in this area is very good so there was a "new" person working there but the previous employee and the current one were excellent.

Juice was meh. Extra friendly check in and out. Location between Ark Encounter and Reds stadiums is a perfect stop and best price for their suites. The exit ramp is weird but trust the signs. Nice to just walk over a path to dinner. Very nice experience. The interstate is close but you can't hear from the room.

This is a brand spanking new Holiday Inn Express in Dry Ridge. It was so new when I stayed there…read morethat I could still smell the paint. If you're in Dry Ridge you're probably here for the Ark or (my situation), you're from Kentucky and you can't stay with your parents because they keep the house too damn hot. Just weeks after opening, this place is already PACKED. Religious tourism is real. And what that means for you as a guest is these people are all so nice (I have honestly never been "Good Morning'd" so much in my life...) and they have kids. So get to that indoor pool early or you won't be able to enjoy it. The free breakfast is surprisingly good. I highly recommend you get up early for that to avoid the crowds. The aforementioned indoor swimming pool and the gym are also nice and clean - good amenities to have, particularly the pool which you rarely see anymore. The hotel in general is very nice but the rooms have some strange features - like an almost complete lack of storage space. Maybe my room was an anomaly because it was at the very end of the hall, but it felt a little cramped. If you're staying there with a family (as it appears most people are), these rooms are going to feel very small and you'll notice the lack of shelves or drawer space. There was a coffee area and a mini fridge. The lobby has a small store and a single desk "business center". I would definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area. It's better than average for sure.

We took our first family trip out of the country. Kim helped us with every step of the planning. As…read moreyou would expect, she helped us find a great resort and affordable flights. But she helped with much more than just the basics. Our travel to and from the airport was arranged, the documentation needed to enter and exit between countries was filled out, and she even helped us select some excursions. I wanted to take my drone, Kim helped ensure that I didn't require any additional paperwork for that. I had every form and document in my emails from Kim ready and available when I needed them. The evening that we arrived, we found a few minor issues with our room. I sent Kim a text describing the issues, and the next morning, I woke up to a text from her and a text from the resort manager. She handled it, and the resort basically offered us any available room to fix the problem. It was really nice to have someone help with all the little details, especially when traveling to a new place! Thanks to Kim's help, our trip was as stress free as possible. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

The first room we were in had a noisy air conditioner so Sheila moved us right away, no questions asked. She also credited us for the inconvenience (which we did not expect). Our room was nice, comfortable & clean. We also asked for a referral for dinner and it was a 10 out of 10 and within walking distance. The next morning, the shuttle took us the airport at 4:30 am. Sheila offered soft drinks, yogurt and fruit for us to take the night before so we wouldn't be starving on the plane. The shuttle made it so easy. When we returned on 7/31 at 11:30pm, we just called the hotel & the shuttle came to pick us up right away. The shuttle driver was so much fun to talk to and very courteous. It was a great way to start and end a trip.

It was cheaper than staying in downtown Cincy and just a short drive across the bridge. The hotel itself was nice and clean, staff was friendly, parking is free, there's not much to complain about here. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request a room that doesn't face the road because you can hear traffic noise/sirens at night. Complimentary breakfast is what you expect. It's the standard buffet options that include a waffle maker with sprinkles, whipped cream and flavored syrups. I would stay here again if I wanted to save a few coins versus staying across the bridge.
