They were…read morevery communicative, let you know what day they were coming, and were very careful with the cleaning: they bagged the debris on the roof and brought it down, and at my request did not use the leaf blower on the ground and would disturb our flower beds. However they have now been bought out by Ned Stevens and the service is very poor - they just showed up one day without letting me know they were coming, and they just tossed the debris onto the ground into our gardens, and were running around with the leaf blower disturbing the garden when I arrived home.
