He brought my car back to life! The shine was incredible, and the level of detail was so impressive that it looked like it had just come off the dealership showroom floor. I also want to thank Danny Espinal owner of DDents for helping me make the right decision for my vehicle. He took the time to explain my options, provided excellent advice on how to maintain the interior as well as exterior, and shared valuable tips to keep my car looking great for months to come. The interior was just as impressive. Every detail was addressed, and my vehicle looked and felt brand new. Enrique's hard work, patience, and dedication truly show in the quality of his work. I checked on Chat to see what it could be and where I should take it to get looked at. ChatGBT recommended not taking it to Nissan, but take it to a local shop & recommended Extreme AutoBody and collision in Danbury, #1. It was around 4 PM when I called the shop and Carlos, the owner, got on the phone. I told him the issue, he asked me if I park indoors or leave my car out. I leave my car outside. Then he said to bring it over. When I got there, he told me he looked at the weather and knew I couldn't wait until tomorrow to have this corrected. He was closing at 5pm...Most places probably would've said I can't help you tonight, but Carlos didn't. I would definitely recommend this shop and Carlos to anybody. Very friendly, found the issue and repaired it within an hour. Carlos explained everything, including making the repair right in front of me. Thank you Carlos & thank you ChatGBT for the recommendation!

I had an accident on August 4, 2025. The police had my car towed to this shop, and it has been a nightmare ever since. Allstate Insurance told me they were not allowed to inspect my car at the shop. After a month, Allstate decided to total my car and tried to tow it out, but Modzelewski's refused to release it. Instead, they charged an outrageous $10,000 just for keeping my car for one month -- $170 per day storage fee plus other "service" fees. That's much higher than all parking lot in the CT,even in the New York.Unbeliveable! Because of this shop, Allstate could not process my claim or compensate me for my car. Now I am being asked to cover this unbelievable bill, even though the accident was 100% the other driver's fault. Nobody warned me about such extreme storage costs.

I must start off saying that I had an excellent experience with Route 53 Auto Body after I had…read moreexperienced a little bumper rash in the mall madness that you are prone to experience during the Christmas shopping season. A little preamble for my story. After a little light Christmas shopping at the Danbury Fair Mall, I walked out to my car to notice a sizable (about the size of a basketball) dent on the driver side of my bumper, and was definitely bummed out thinking that I wouldn't get it repaired before my anticipated road trip back to visit friend and family in Michigan for Christmas and New Years celebrations. Fortunately, a good samaritan witnessed the event, and was able to run me down with the individual who brushed up against my defenseless Malibu Maxx with her substantially larger H3. The important part of the preamble is the lady wanted to pay cash for the repair work instead of going to insurance if at all possible, so we exchanged all pertinent information, and I told her that the next morning I would obtain multiple estimates for the repair work. My journey began the next morning as I interviewed half a dozen of Danbury's collision shop/auto body repair shops. I will say that everyone was pretty reasonable with the prices, but I did receive the most cost effective estimate from Route 53. Remembering this is an estimate, and the actual cost of repairs could be higher, I went with the crew at Route 53. Not only was it reasonable, but the time frame in which they could complete the repairs was the best suited for my planned holiday road trip (remember, it's Winter, so a lot of locations are rather busy with repairs right now). I know that depending on the time, and the amount of repairs these guys might have will depend on your time frame experience, but I am speaking from my interaction with everyone. I was also told that they could prepare the bumper (once it arrived) and paint it ahead of time if I needed to hold on to my car for personal use. Everything about these guys for THIS SPECIFIC REPAIR was awesome. My interactions with everyone I dealt with were nothing but professional, and if I ever have body work in the future, I will gladly come back to them. Thank you all for the prompt and professional service, quick turnaround and for coming in at exactly what you quoted me on the estimate!
