It was as if their bread/butter was what they did for the first part of our problem and then couldn't care less about the rest. Ultimately we ended up fixing the walls/ceiling ourselves. Then the plumber will come back to fix after their assessment. Cleanup came out within a couple of hours, opened up the ceiling and properly disposed of all the soggy boards. They placed dehumidifier and fans to dry out the affected areas. They returned after 48 hours to check with the moisture instrument to make sure all was completely dry. Then all the equipment was removed from our home. All was completed in a timely matter. Communication was great thru every step. They always arrived on time. Great employees and a great company.
