He came out quickly, was extremely thorough while trying to keep cost low, and is familiar with biotoxin illness, which was super refreshing! He even recommended a few doctors I could see. We had Dan do our home inspection. He was quick, helpful, professional and knows what he is doing,…read moreand his price was less than other companies in the area. We had our last home done by another area inspector and was very disappointed in their service they could not live up to Dan's job. He is very helpful, polite and was certified in all the areas we needed for our inspection. He is a one stop shop and we did not have to pay extra fees to other inspectors. He did my Mothers home inspection and she was elderly and worried. He was so kind to her and explained what he was doing and put her at ease. She loved him also. He cares about his clients, he goes above and beyond, he brings a coloring book for the kids to teach them home safety if you have children, and he is Pet Certified and took extra care working with our three dogs. Last inspector did not close the gate and the dogs got out. He knows his job inside and out. We would highly recommend him. If you call him he always answers or calls back and never makes you wait. He is the top in his field and you will not be disappointed in Dan or his service. I promise. Debbie Keegan
