Not only did Computer Guru misdiagnose my computer as having a faulty motherboard, but returned my computer in worse condition. Mind you all the computer components were brand new out of the box including the motherboard. This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with any local business. I asked for a simple refund for the full diagnostic because after taking it into Affordable Computers we found the motherboard worked, and the power source plug was not plugged in correctly (that simple). Any knowledgeable technician would have known that immediately, instead, the computer was dismembered and parts were broken costing me more money to fix what they broke and several days to get my computer back.
