I booked them to remove the large tree and cut a few other branches from other trees on the property. The crew that came out was very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up all excess branches and brush before they left. Additionally, the stump was too close to my house to be removed safely without doing damage. Jerry (owner) contacted me and refunded the difference to remove the stump. I highly recommend using Hinz for any tree removal/landscaping services.

Well guess what they tied into my neighbors fence without asking or saying anything and they hit a pipe to the irrigation system, and their truck that was backed into my driveway all day leaked oil in several spots! They refuse to fix the irrigation system, and we had to have a talk with the neighbor, also they refuse to clean up the oil stain in the driveway! Careless workers and careless owner! If you use this company don't let them park in your driveway, and read the fine print on the quote! Also if you have an irrigation system make sure someone marks the lines for you, cause they don't care if they damage anything! Communication lacks as well with this company! I said no problem. they sent the quote over explained the panel wouldn't match and put in the quote they would adjust the gate. all they did was put a fence panel in the empty spot and charged me 2 thousand they said sorry can't help you. we can make it a gate for more money. do not use them they denied the whole conversation ever happened and would not work with me. so sad taking advantage of a medicade waver facility
