Even so, they know how to take the time to listen and understand. On tops of this, their fees are VERY fair and they don't try to up-charge their estimate, even when it takes longer than they expect. The good thing was that staples does price matching and so I got a great deal!! The reason for the three star review ? The employee at the register was not very friendly. Very short comments and when I showed the price on line....she just asked so do you want the protection plan?? When I told her no and I wasn't quick enough to put in my rewards number the comments from the employee became even shorter. Not sure what's going on here but it's not the usual friendly interaction that I've received in the past. Hope things get better.

I had time sensitive documents that needed to be copied and fax so I went here. Nothing like the awesome Grass Valley location! 58 bucks to copy and fax. Another 19 bucks for a fax I didn't get a confirmation on! The 2 ladies pretty much ignored me when I questioned the charges and verification that they were sent. Not only that the copier made very faded copies ! It took over 18 minutes to fax one of the documents ( 9 pages ). That's crazy! Terrible experience with unhelpful employees. I left pretty disgusted. I am taking my papers to Oroville or Grass Valley where they have good equipment and don't charge you a hefty fee! Btw..parking lot is extremely tight.

I asked for keys and she took my key and said that she needed to check if they had them....she did not return to let me know and the next thing I knew is she reappeared over thirty minutes later with my five keys. I mentioned that a few of them did not look correct and the employee said well you know sometimes house keys just don't turn out right. Not the friendliest service today but I got my keys....took them home to try them out and out of the five keys only two worked. UGH. I guess I will be making another trip to either get them fixed-if possible or my money back for the three incorrect ones.

Never Received Paid For Item…read more Wow. I am absolutely done with Target. Yesterday I bought a AirPods Pro 3 and did it for pick up, and I also had other orders with cat food and stuff, and I went to unload the trunk today and discovered there is no AirPods Pro 3 anywhere in the bags, nor is it anywhere in the trunk as if it fell out. I believe this is probably some honest mistake rather than the delivery person pocketed the item, but what I'm really angry about is the completely useless and time-consuming experience of trying to deal with this with the store and with Target in general through their 800-number. It's pretty clear I am going to have to take this up with my credit card company to fight it, but they never put the item in the car and I'm out nearly $200 because I trusted in Target. This is a company that in their store in a town of 50,000+ people cannot stock enough fancy feast cat food for a single household with five cats. That this kind of thing happens, OK, I can understand that once in a while, but when there's absolutely no way to remedy the situation for the customer and they can just say they put anything in your car and never put it in your car, that is not a company I'm going to continue to do business with. I am clearly going to have to go into the store with printouts from my computer and ask to speak to the manager and be prepared to make a scene. To make things worse, I called the actual store and hit the number for their customer service/order pick up department, and someone there picked up the phone, took it off the hook, laid it down, and I could hear them and they ignored me the entire time and never picked up the call or spoke until I finally hung up. I tried again and called the electronics department and they never picked up at all. Target can literally do anything it wants to and say anything it wants and steal anything it wants and totally get away with it unless you fight them with your credit card company and with reviews like this online.

He delivered it this morning and hooked everything back up, including making sure my printer communicates with my now very fast computer. I mistakenly thought Nerds on Call was a local company when I called them and wasn't happy they come from outside my county; but the service and skill are excellent. I will definitely recommend Nerds on Call to others and call them again if my computer or my husband's computer has any problems in the future.

On Christmas eve I took the receiver to this place having scene it in the shopping center before. The owner got it fixed right up, had it ready in the afternoon, $45 bucks, everything fixed, worked fine again. The replacement cost for the receiver was $400 so this was great and it was done same day. So, the receiver was under the tree, wrapped up as a gift for my son on Christmas, he was really happy, the thing had been broke for 3 months. This guy is doing good work fixing electronics and good prices, good business!
