Overall, no complaints and highly recommend others to check out their laptops.

Didn't think I'd ever be the person writing a review for a store, much less an AT&T store. Who does…read morethat? People who talk with Philip Philips at the AT&T store at the Gateway, that's who. I had called customer service to get an upgraded phone and at the end by bill had jumped about $40, no idea why. So, got super confused and said that I'd just go into the store. Turns out the store at City Creek had closed but this one at the Gateway just opened. Talked with Philip Philips at the Gateway, got a new phone, bill remained the same, and he made sure all my data got transferred correctly. While I was there he also helped out multiple other people, everyone was super happy with the service whether they got a phone from him or not, this is the type of person you want to deal with on a daily basis.

I then contacted Marvin Shafer at Cygnus labs LLC in Erda Utah. Marvin is a very knowledgeable Computer Technician and was quick to respond to my request for repairs. He has all the latest equipment and computer repair resources. Marvin is an expert in diagnosing problems & he restored my computer to its correct operating condition in a timely manner and at a more than reasonable price. Marvin had me up & running in a couple of days. I am very pleased with the services he provided and will definitely continue to use his expertise in the future. I show up for the appointment after taking a day off of work to get my eye exam and am told "we don't have a Dr today we left you a voice-mail but your cell service must be down since you didn't get it." If they were calling me to cancel, why did they continue to send me reminders of my scheduled exam? I counted 5 unique reminders in just the week prior to the appointment. Yet somehow I am treated like someone stupid who doesn't check my voice-mail. It's un acceptable behavior from a company where I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have frequented this location since they opened it. Not just me but my entire family come every year and buy glasses and contacts. Well we used to, but no more. To cancel an appointment which was scheduled for so long and not even offer any sort of apology? If I didn't show up for an appointment I am certain they would have charged me a fee for the missed appointment, but when it's them canceling, they couldn't care less. So disappointing, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else...I know I am.
