The worst customer service ever! My fiancé went into this store to get a phone and we spent a hour…read morepicking out a phone and getting everything set up. When they were 20 minutes from closing the man asked us to come back tomorrow and do this because they are about to close... we still had 20 minutes left and we were almost finished with getting the phone activated. So we had to come back the next day and do it all over again. A few days into having the phone, my fiancé experienced a lot of glitching from the phone so we returned the phone back to the same store 3 days later. We brought back the receipt. Phone, and all of the accessories that came with it. And the same thing happened again! the lady told us to come back tomorrow when a manager was there to make a return.... again a major inconvenience for the consumer... so we left the phone there so we did not risk damage to the phone, and they had a problem with it too. When speaking to the manager she asked was why we didn't want the phone, and when we told her about the bad customer service and the phone not working right she just said okay and rolled her eyes... so we did not feel too wanted by them and after that I do not want to do business with somebody like that.

He said his SIM card didn't work upon checking it. I trusted this guy since I thought I know him very well through TikTok, but worst owner ever ripped me off for $200 for an iPhone 12. One of them had a little damage on it so I told him that I will take this one did not say anything about the warranty or anything like that to me they didn't give me no paperwork or anything took Cash app from me for $200 even without any tax or any paperwork Worst business ever always be selling cheap phones that are damaged or used or refurbished went back to the store and I told him that it has some kind of network issue and they said we can give you a different address and they can fix it for you and they will charge you. Why would I pay for it? When you guys gave me a damage phone? They did not change it for me. They did not do anything about it so I am telling you guys to be careful and not go back or if you are going there don't even think about it worse people you will find over there. They will not help you out with anything. One of the guys's name is. Firoz samnani, he's the owner of the shop and there are two ladies running the shop as well. I went back and told them that your phone is not working. It never worked and it wasted my time. I would like to get a refund or if you can change me for a different phone I will pay the fee Which even I would do that in my business if somebody would come back. They did not help me, I lost my $200, the phone is just sitting there at my shop to be sold as an iPod instead of an iPhone. Go to other people like Warner Wireless, Starz Wireless, Dallas, Power Sport, SMS Electronics. They would be better than Galleria Wireless. DO NOT TO THAT STORE FOR ANY THING DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONES FOR REPAIR. OR BUY ANY PHONES FROM THEM.
