Initial Yelp message on Sunday went unreturned, but talked to someone first thing Monday morning. They had a replacement screen, and we arranged transportation logistics for the 1.5 hour one way trip from Telluride to Montrose and back so as not to distrust our skiing. First screen replacement was defective so they had to order another. Delay in getting the replacement. Finally got the replacement late Tuesday and received the phone back on Wednesday. Very nice woman called to apologize and arrange for payment. Despite the delays, I would recommend.

Well, after completely wiping my old phone BEFORE activating my new one, Verizon determined my property was only worth about ninety bucks. That's the retail value of the case and screen protector I was offered in exchange for their sales associate destroying my property. Everyone makes mistakes. But it takes integrety to make them right. Isn't that a basic rule of running a good business? If you'd prefer dealing with a competent, fair vendor, I advise shopping elsewhere. My experience here was wretched from start to finish.
