What bothered me the most was the way she was spoken to afterward. Instead of having a respectful conversation about any concerns with her work, she was made to feel like her effort meant nothing and was even criticized about having another job. Things like that should be handled professionally and respectfully. Everyone deserves to be paid fairly for the work they do and treated with basic respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
