Why ask for a review, only for me to be truthful and carry this much unprofessionalism AFTER the disservice was to me? I drove to the store 6 times to get a new "green" case bought in store. Turns out it was for my benefit as I discovered they were showing a Series 6 watch while wearing a 7. He explained I could take black, as they didn't have the green case I bought to match the green phone. He applied a $30 credit and walked away while I eventually yelled "SIR"-for the 6th time. He was Headed into the GMs office. Slammed the door. I actually would have bought the Beats Headphones he had just priced, but based on his delivery of the price and storming off, I wasn't allowed too. Horrible store. Just stand in line and ask anybody waiting. It's easy to obtain information on the stores reputation. Maybe they listen as well as their patrons or to their patrons and the store would be 20% better. This particular time I am writing about is for my phone warranty. My battery would die at 50% for no reason, wouldn't hold a charge long. I tried calling only to be sent to a robot who made a claim ticket up and never finished. I waited a few days nothing. Then I called to try making a appointment with the store. The phone system does not send you to the local store even though you call the local number. The guy that helped was very good , filled everything out fast and said I'd have the phone the next day. It never came. I waited again the next day nothing. I made a call and I finally talked to a representative who gave me my tracking number. Didn't know anything about it but I looked it up and it said it wasn't far away. It had been in the same town maybe 40 min away and it kept showing out for delivery. I finally received the day after Thanksgiving! I have no clue what happened but finally. They gave me 5 days to return my old one which would be $500 if not returned!! Over all Verizon is a busy store but phone system and the store is not the same. I hope things get back to normal soon!

We have phones with Metro PCS and they are part of TMobile network so we went in to ask some…read morequestions. This girl was very nice to help us try to change a phone out. I guess there was no way to do it because the phone has not been activated for a long time with TMobile. Their phones are compatible withMetro as long as the phone is unlocked. I guess I saved a dinosaur of a phone its already absolete!! She did a good job trying and finally told us to try Metro PCS. We will get rid of our Metro phones as soon as Verizon reopens. We have to use them on WiFi when we are home anyway so no loss!! The metro ordeal was another story! Horrible! We would go to TMobile but we would be in the same position. My tablet screen was broken and Jeff offered to repair/replace it, but had never done it before on that particular item and wouldn't guarantee the work. I took my chances with him and he did an excellent job. It is now many years later (2024) and I've had to move to a retirement village where we have an IT department which takes care of most of our IT needs. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. It is now Friday evening and I'll have to wait until Monday to somehow get the phone down to Peak Wireless and have Jeff and his crew work their magic on it.

I have missed 12 hours of work over the past 2 days due to our internet cutting in and out. I realize there was an outage today, but yesterday there was not. Vyve could not figure out why the internet went out yesterday. Due to this, I have experienced severe anxiety both about my income and my job security. It never looks good to a manager when a remote employee claims they can't work that long because they do not have internet. This is unfair to paying customers, especially ones that rely on internet access to do their jobs. Something needs to be done about this.
