Bob still owes us alot of money and will not return calls or send checks with the right amount on them. This has been the worst experience working with any property management ever and I have worked for a HOA company. We just received our notice of our annual meeting and there was no agenda - which is a violation of Missouri law. When they first took over from the previous company, some of the homeowners still owed and Omni sent out bills. Mine was wrong and I emailed them THREE TIMES with the corrected information - and never received a response. I finally just paid it make it go away. Last year, in one of our neighborhood notices, Kim suggested that, since some homeowners hadn't paid their dues, homeowners should talk to their neighbors and make sure they were paying their dues. I keep asking when the actual homeowners get their association back.

It became apparent to me why we had such a poor experience with Ryan, and it's simply because Wade the broker is a spiteful, petty man. There are many great realtors and brokerages out there.
