We came here while we waited for our table at The Yachtsman's, the ambiance was a cozy cabin vibe, with an extremely knowledgeable bartender who was able to give a ton of knowledge about the wine selection, which was fantastic. Very easy for a quick pop-in drink, sit at the bar, or even casually have a seat at a table for a more intimate quiet setting.

I was unbelievably surprised when we came to eat here last night. We were starving, everything was booked up, and we were tired. How lucky were we stumble on this place? Do not sleep on Crews Cup Lounge. Everything we got was absolutely delicious. I would say the best meal of the night was the prime rib sliders. You have to get them. You just have to. The prime rib is fresh, caramelized onions, a delicious, horseradish, dipping sauce, and the bun pulls it all together. So soft and buttery. Caesar salad was great, wedge salad was great, the lobster was rich and creamy! We also got the bread bowl because again... Starving lol. This will be our go to place now for our next vacation. The service was pretty slow, however, there were only two servers on the floor, trying to keep up with an entire lounge full of people. Atmosphere was adorable. You have to try this place out. You won't regret it.

Nico is the man! Up at 3:00 am for a cross country flight, to zombie into the bar with only a few minutes to spare for our dinner reservation. Within moments we were happily cheering to 35 year retirement dream vacation.

What a lovely evening! We weren't up for a full meal so decided to enjoy a light (but delicious) dinner at Crew's Cup Lounge. The drinks were tasty, the bread service amazing and the prime rib sliders wonderful. I will definitely return next time we are staying at Boardwalk or Beach Club and need an easy but yummy meal.

My husband and I had reservations at the yachtsmen for dinner and we were there a little early so we decided to come here for a drink. I've never been to this bar before And I frequent the hotel often. The bartender was extremely friendly and attentive. I ordered a lemon drop martini which wasn't on the menu and it was delicious. We sat at the bar, but they were plenty of high top tables available. They had a few TV so we were able to watch the March madness games. I really enjoyed looking at the small food menu and I think this would be a great place to come just to have a drink and an appetizer. We will definitely be back here.

Lobster Bisque was so good. Very rich and decat

So this is the resort bar next to the yachtsman steak house and guess what? You can't order anything from the steak house menu. Only a few things they have are n the bar menu. We come here often on our way out of Epcot. It is a really cool place and usually the service is great but you do sometimes get someone not wanting to be there but just push through the negativity...you are on vacation!! So we started with the lobster bisque. So good! Silky and smooth. Followed this with the beef sandwich. Very tender beef and great flavors in the au jus. Also gout the bourbon flight. For 18 bucks it is easily one of the best deals at Disney. A great place to stop and unwind after a day at the parks.

If you're looking for a cozy spot with exceptional service at Disney's Boardwalk Resort, look no further than Crew's Cup Lounge. My husband and I love spending our evenings here, especially in front of the butcher window. I know it's strange, but it's entertaining! The ambiance is inviting, with comfortable seating, warm wood decor, and charming crew memorabilia that adds a unique and very old-school Disney World touch. One of the highlights of our visits is Dennis, who has become a staple of the lounge. Dennis is an incredible server who always brings a smile to our faces with his delightful jokes and impeccable service. His presence truly enhances our dining experience every time. We can't get enough of the Yachtsman Signature Bread, which comes with half a head of perfectly roasted garlic and salted butter. It's the ideal start to any meal (or snack) and keeps us returning for more. The food here is consistently top-notch, and the service matches the high standards set by the delectable dishes. Crew's Cup Lounge is a gem at Disney's Boardwalk Resort, offering great food, excellent service, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, I swear you'll love it.

Hidden gem with FCFS seating. Plenty of bar seating, some booths and middle seats. There's a small menu but some great selections. We ordered chicken Cesar salad and sliders plus a side order of homemade chips and the aioli was an a great accompaniment. I was so impressed with the smoky creme brûlée presentation. CCL is located right next to the yachtsman steakhouse and if you walk too fast you'll miss it. We had great service and the Hockey games were on tv so this is the perfect place to enjoy some food, drinks and atmosphere in a casual space.

This place is a really cool little nook at the Yacht & Beach club. It's very warm and intimate, with a lodge kind of feel. They have apps and small plates, which I'd highly recommend the wedge salad with smoked blue cheese!

Hidden gem at the Yacht club. Awesome bartenders with a great bourbon selection. I had the Summer Solace bourbon cocktail that was strong, subtly sweet and refreshing. My boyfriend had the bourbon flight featuring Buffalo Trace, Woodford, and Angel's Envy. Good but nothing new. He then had a Buffalo Trace old fashion which was very well made. Bar had tvs if you're interested in catching any sports.

Finally got to check this lounge off the to do list! Walked in and greeted right away, sit yourself either at the bar, booth or table. They have a really cool table that looks into the area where the butcher is preparing the steaks for the restaurant. The pretzel was ok, nothing that you can't get anywhere else. But the sliders were amazing and are a must get again! (Sorry the pic of the sliders came out blurry so I don't have one to post but trust me you won't be disappointed!). Service was great at first but as more people came in the two servers became overwhelmed keeping up with the tables that were already there.

    Riesling with bar snacks

After seeing a video about the best under the radar places to eat on Disney property, my boyfriend immediately decided that we'd come to Crew's Cup Lounge when the video mentioned Prime Rib Sliders. The lady in the video said she went back 3 times just to have them because they were that good so I figured this stop into our trip. After spending most of the day in Hollywood Studios, we took the Skyliner over to Epcot's second entrance and walked over to Yachts Club Resort. Not bad of a walk and I'd never been on that side of the Boardwalk. We got there about 15 mins to 5pm, when they start serving dinner. They share a kitchen with the Yachtsman Steakhouse next door who also start serving food at 5pm. We went in and were greeted immediately by the staff who told us we could sit anywhere. We chose the bar. Diego and Dianna were amazing to us. I started off with a glass of Riesling while my boyfriend had a Petrus Aged Pale. He said that was the best beer he's ever had in his life. Those bar snacks of nuts and wasabi peas were really good to hold us until 5. But when 5 hit, we ordered right way. We got the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail (old-bay poached shrimp, housemade cocktail sauce), Charcuterie/Cheese board (with 3 meats and 3 cheeses), and of course the Prime Rib Sliders (toasted signature onion rolls, horseradish cream, au jus) to start. The shrimp came out first and they were indeed true jumbo shrimp. There were 5 in an order and lain delicately on the plate in a row. The tails were still on them for easy picking-upping. They were really good especially with the cocktail sauce, which was a little bit sweet and I liked it like that. The charcuterie/cheese board came out next. I don't remember exactly what was on it but I remember a hard aged cheese, a sheep's milk cheese, a blue cheese that was 99% white, chicken rillettes in a jar, a pate of some sort, and a sausage of some sort. Sorry about my descriptions but nevertheless, the entire board was tasty. How were the sliders? I personally thought that they were delicious. He thought that they were phenomenal. I think I saw him tear up a bit from the first bite. He absolutely loved them. Not feeling completely full, he also got the lobster bisque after some minor coaxing from Dianna. I think that did it was she said there's sizable bits of lobster in it with cheddar bay biscuits in it? We were like "wut?". She wasn't lying either. When it came out it didn't look like much until you dipped your spoon in it and came up with a nice chunk of lobster. He was in heaven. I tasted a spoonful and while I'm not a fan of any kind of bisque, that was amazing. Presentation was on point. We were very happy we came and it surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be back.

As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.
