If you need to get a greeting card for someone, but you also need a car wash, but only have time for one stop. This is the place!!!! What was interesting is on the inside they had signs posted all over about customers and employees wearing their masks which I loved. They even posted signs about the science of it and explaining why. This issue I had is because the guy he pulled our car out of the wash (meaning he was in the car) had his mask pulled down below his mouth. This was were they lost me. Especially if he's in and out of random cars all day, the signs they have posted indicate that everybody would be wearing a mask, and when the state has a mask mandate. It was surprising, I suppose in non-covid times I would feel differently about this place. So maybe I'll give it another chance after this is all over, but until then stars seems fair.

This was my first time visiting any Duke of Oil location. Compared to other oil change spots I've…read morebeen to this was a great experience. We went on a Saturday around 1pm it was pretty busy because they have a hand car wash too. All of the bays were full and employees working hard came. However, they were fairly quick and allow you to wait in your car or inside. They also have benches outside for you to wait as well. If all those options aren't enough you can walk over to Bombers BBQ and get a bite to eat while you wait (this would be my personal recommendation) . The manager was super helpful. He was very honest about what our car needed and what it didn't need. He also took the time to explain in detail when we asked questions. While we were waiting inside for them to finish up I observed him help a few more customers. He even didn't charge an older woman for some service and told her to just come back the next time she needs service. Wearing a mask wasn't enforced, but in Indiana there aren't any mandates currently so what can ya do.
