The guys kept my car longer than initially scheduled and the entire process cost a few extra hundred bucks, but when I got my car back it looked brand new. We are talking a 6 year Honda that has criss-crossed the entire continent. They made it look absolutely brand new. For an absolutely pittance, I got a brand new car. My error was not asking the price before getting the service done (just oil change). I was billed $210 for JUST an oil change. Had I done it at BMW I would have had free coffee and drinks in a clean bright environment, with wifi and my car would have been washed as well. I will not be returning.
