It might be forgivable if the underlying quality of the work was solid. However, they failed the city inspection. They attempted to convince us that the city was in the wrong, but now we have a leak in the exact spot, and some sort of strange thing oozing into our house. They weren't any better in terms of billing communication. Save your self, the pain, heartache, destruction, and poor work quality and find some real professionals somewhere else.
