After talking with a very friendly and helpful salesman and test driving two different models. we had come close to agreeing on a price. the number and the monthly payments didn't match up so we asked a few questions to understand how it broke down, after all it is our money and we like to understand how it is being spent. our salesman was not exactly sure so he went into the financial office to ask and came back with a very conflicted look on his face . he started to say something then stopped. started again and then said he didn't want to say the wrong thing but you could tell he wanted to tell us something. instead he invited us to talk to the guy in the finance office ourselves. When we asked for the loans to be explained to us we were meet with a very snide and condescending attitude. Any question was never directly answered all he did was roughly draw circles over and over again on a piece of paper while loudly saying "its right here!!!!" My husband said he simply just wanted the loan choices explained since he needed to decide on our best option " buddy?" the financial guy then very sarcastically said " well its right there in front of you Buddy!" at that my husband pushed the stack of papers across the desk and said we were done and we got up to leave and the financial guy practically yelled after us YES WE ARE! by this time we were in the showroom and my husband asked if he had done anything to personally offend him by asking a question? thy guy mumbled something and gave us he'd tilt and stare down. my husband shook the salesman hand and loudly so others could hear stated it had nothing to do with him as he had done a great job but we will never ever go back to Crest Ford again. and we wished them luck with someone like that working for them! We then drove directly to Taylor Ford on telegraph rd and bought a brand new fully loaded Focus and dealt with their tremendous salesman Phil and their awesome and funny finance guy Mike! we will gladly deal with them in the future. Also we can now fully appreciate how busy Taylor Ford was compared to Crest being empty. If you still decide to give Crestmsome business better not need to ask ANY questions about their loan process! you have been forewarned! read more

Shopping for large purchases has always made me extremely anxious, never felt like the salesman actually cared about what I wanted, what was in my best interest, just about how much commission they could make off of me. John honestly made buying easy. He got the exact car that I wanted from another dealership with the exchange program, outlined my finance options, and obtained all of the rebates he possibly could for me to get the best price possible. After speaking with the General Manager at Crest Ford for 10 minutes he gave us a $300 credit for anything at that location. This covers all costs of getting my car fixed when they didn't approve fixing it under factory warranty. I'm still disappointed that anyone below him didn't have the authority or willingness to help us but I'm very pleased with the end result. Original complaint: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! We brought our car in for a noise in the steering column before it hit 36k miles so it would be repaired under the factory warranty. They were too busy to fix it then so they told us to bring it in the next Tuesday. When we brought it in we were over 36k miles and they wouldn't cover it under warranty! They never said when we made the appointment that we would need to stay under 36k miles to have it covered. Very disappointed! Treat your customers like you would like to be treated! read more

They would not budge one penny on my used 2010 Escape but I bought it anyway. Two months later... I have a $425 fuel tank repair that's not covered by warranty, and I asked what they could do for me, since it's all over the internet that the problem is very common, and since I had not even had my first oil change yet! I was told that it is a known problem, and that the best solution would be to not "top off" the fuel tank. Really... basically this was something they knew about ahead of time, squeaked every last cent I had out of me, watched me drive away, all the while knowing I had an expensive repair coming up. The dealership knew, and Ford Motor Co. knew, and they will do NOTHING for the customer once they have their money. I am done with them but not done making noise!! read more

Do not lease any Ford vehicle!!!! I have leased Fords for over 25 years and never had a problem turning the vehicle back in at lease end. Until today! A new company Ford has hired to handle their lease turn ins. This company is nothing more than a way to make money. After turning in my 36 month lease they found $250 in damage and is now charging an additional $395 for turn in fee. This vehicle was reviewed by my salesman when I first turned it in and purchased another vehicle. The salesman advised me everything was fine my turn in looked good and put me in a new vehicle only to find out I now owe $$699!! Run from Ford leasing. GM doesn't treat long time customers this way. I'm heading back to GM when my second lease comes due, a F-150, in August 2021. read more

He is very honest and straight forward and will answer any questions you may have. He won't try to sell you something you don't need, and will help you figure out what will work for you if you need that help. Crest ford service department is fantastic and has never done me wrong. Just took our Ford Edge Sport in for an oil change and we love Crest Ford! We moved to Gibraltar from Los Angeles, went to Gorno a few time before Crest Ford. We will never go back to Gorno. Gorno's prices are too high, they don't have a rewards program as good as Crest and the customer service isn't worth staying. We love a good deal, fast service and excellent customer service, Crest has it all. Employees were polite and knowledgeable. Service was performed more quickly than at other Ford service departments I have visited. They also accepted appointments unlike many other places who operate on a first come first served basis. They are also open late on Mondays and Thursdays which is great for the working person who can't make a standard 9-5 appointment. This location also left my car free of grease and did not adjustment my seat and mirrors, which should be standard but usually did not happen at other service centers.
