So my husband started googling and found Ace. He thought it was worth a try. At about 5:30pm on a Saturday he walked into Sedanos and there was Ace Embroidery. Not only was he able to handle the large bag, but he recommended the perfect font. He didn't even think we were crazy when I called to make sure that my husband spelled our daughter's name correctly. (My husband had this weird feeling he spelled it wrong, he didn't). Service was friendly and we didn't break the bank with our daughter's long name. The bag was ready on Monday afternoon. We love it! More importantly our daughter loves it! She was thrilled. So I took the sample polo. I was told I could pick them up in two days. I call before picking up the polo's and they do not have them ready. I asked that they please have them as promised and he said fine, when I arrive I see they look nothing like my sample and all the guy said was " I needed a PDF and you rushed us. Ahh NO you said two days and if you had a delay I was not advised. They guy did say I could leave the shirts he would fix them but I needed to get a PDF, I was not able to get a pdf and ended up picking up the ugly shirts :( Sorry nice guy there but font like the work!
