As an adult, deciding to go back to get Invisalign was a challenge within itself, as for years I…read morewent to a variety of local orthodontist that told me my bite could only be fixed with major jaw surgery. Well, I went in to Dr. Ryan, told her my history and she was very understanding about my fears in wasting my time and money. She was very competent and confident that with a 24 month plan of Invisalign, it was completely possible that my bite could be fixed as long as I followed the plan as directed with no detours. They took my Blue Cross Blue Shield dental insurance, which really helped with the finance part, but they also offered a 0% interest payment plan that I did for a year. They were very accommodating with what I wanted to pay, and we were able to work out a great payment plan where everyone was satisfied. When it came to the point of getting Invisalign, Ryan Orthodontics and her entire team were phenomenal. They were kind, straight-forward, and completely understanding to when I was in pain when the teeth were moving. They were able to provide recommendations on how to properly maintain the invisalign, and took detailed notes on their computer for each and every visit that they were able to refer back to very quickly, making the appointment more efficient. While their hours many not ideal for some, the few times that I did have an emergency/question, they were able to see me within a few days, which I think it completely acceptable. The one time I needed to see them quickly, they were able to get me in a few minutes before the first patient of the day because they knew that I was suffering. Overall, when you leave the office, you make the next appointment there, so when it comes to availability, you should have your calendar ready instead of calling back to make an appointment. In the end, I followed Dr. Ryan's instructions exactly, and ended up getting my Invisalign off in 20 months instead of 24 months! I trusted the process completely and listened to what the professionals had to say and it absolutely paid off! Completely worth my time, money and the pain of adjustments! I will happily refer anyone's children or adults who want to get their orthodontic needs here!

So Dental Center Pediatrics tried to get money from me by telling me I need something that I didn't need done. The people are also just very rude in general and it's hard to trust them now. Do. Not. First, the dr said she had to file in between my teeth for the…read moreInvisalign, which she did but also filed down my GUMS and now I have to deal with a permanent hole in my gums where food gets stuck. Then I was fitted for a retainer and the lady literally choked me. I had to grab her arms and pull them down so I could breathe...worst part is she blamed it on ME. I left crying and no one gave a crap...the dr didn't call me to apologize...I am traumatized. So happy this was me though and not one of my children this happened to.
