Instead of taking responsibility, the dentist tried to play it off, asking if I had been chewing on something hard--when in reality, I was barely able to eat soft foods due to the pain. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it comes to dental care. I trusted this office with my procedure, but now I have to deal with additional damage that wasn't disclosed to me. Very disappointing experience. The X-Ray is proof that it was not like that prior to the procedure.

Dr. Jacinto worked with me and gave me a more than fair price. I ended up having to get a root canal, a post and then a crown done. Dr. Jacinto is amazing. They have state of the art equipment which looked like something out of The Jetsons & took imaging of my head. Dr. Pedroletti showed me the imaging & explained to me what was going on & how he could fix it. Surgery day was easy.
