The staff are kind, friendly, and professional, and they truly show appreciation for our time. Those little gestures of gratitude and care mean so much and are often overlooked. The facility itself is incredibly clean, and the dogs and cats are clearly loved and exceptionally well cared for. The pups have great play areas to romp and burn off energy, and there is an excellent animal behaviorist who helps socialize the dogs and make them more adoptable. Having volunteered at another shelter in the past where appreciation was rarely expressed, the difference here is remarkable. This organization genuinely values both its animals and its volunteers. Please consider this amazing facility when looking to add a new family member, volunteer your time, or make a donation that truly makes a difference in the lives of these animals. Don't shop... I was so defeated but started doing my research to find a quality place that I can afford. While doing my research every vet that I called recommended Surgipet. From the moment I called & spoke to the front desk they were so kind and supportive. I was able to get an appointment quickly 2 weeks after I called even though it was right before the holidays. Dr. Kurt was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through everything and calm my fears. A few days after my initial meeting I got a quote and was able to schedule the surgery. On the morning of the surgery I was so nervous but the staff was so kind to me. After 7 hours I was able to pick Max up & talk to Dr. Kurt. The surgery was a success and the damage wasn't as bad as originally thought. We went back a week after surgery for a checkup and everything went well. We have 3 months of recovery before he is back to 100%. I'm so thankful to the Surgipet team for the wonderful care that they gave my pup.

I left a VM with the office and even though it was prior to office hours, the staff called me back and did everything in their power to help get me on the road ASAP. They took my babies in early. After researching several training options, we found Christy--and we're so glad we did. Her approach, which avoids shock collars and focuses on positive, effective training methods, was exactly what we were looking for. We started with the puppy class and then moved into the adolescent class, and we're incredibly pleased with the results. At just 8 1/2 months old, our boys are doing great. We continue working with them and really appreciate having a jump drive of materials to revisit when we need a refresher or help with a behavior challenge. Christy has been an outstanding support throughout the process. Her classes are comprehensive, thoughtful, and truly top-notch. A heartfelt thank you from Enzo, Jax, Mike, and me--for your passion, your guidance, and for helping give our boys the best start possible!
