Fried Fish Special w/ fries and seafood rice
    Nia A.

Was greeted promptly and seated very quickly. Our server Vee was great and very sweet! Atmosphere is laid back and cute with a good DJ. I ordered the $15 fish special with fries and seafood rice. It also came with a drink. It was a great deal! The fish was fried hard which I like but very salty. The fries weren't the best but were edible. The seafood rice was very tasty! We got there in time for the happy hour which has a decent amount of options for a great price! My friend got the Katrina which she said was very good and I got the blue mf which they were not light handed with at all which was a good thing lol. Both were $5. Overall I would consider coming back for the vibe and to try something else.

I love this place! It's a vibe that compliments the great food. The menu is top-notch, and I love that the waitresses are honest about their recommendations. The times I've gone, when I inquire about how they prefer the dish, they give me their preferences, and it's always amazing!

Saw this place on a morning tv show and have been interested in coming for a while. We came here and this place plays good music. We ordered fried green tomatoes and all ordered catfish. Mine was blackened with 5 shrimp and it was really great. The red beans and rice was very good as well. The waitress was very attentive and frequented the table. We all loved the visit and plan on returning l. I do suggest the peach lemonade to go with your meal as it's pretty great

First time visiting. Did a pickup order. This made for an aromatic drive home, couldn't wait. Everything was simply delicious. The Boudin Ball Was mouth watering . I like sauces so I had to use the dipping sauces, great either way. The catfish and the shrimp were fantastic I love the batter, both were fried to perfection. The service was great, did not take long to get our order. The dining area reminded me of old home, where you are guaranteed a good meal, not disappointed....

Good spot I found for some good seasoned food. The vibe is chill and they have a bar area you can sit at. They also play music you can listen to while he you eat. The waitress was cool and the food came out hot and fast. Well definitely recommend

This place is frying up some amazing seafood. Fish, shrimp, & green tomatoes all fried and seasoned to perfection. Definitely going back to check out the brunch.

I've been trying to visit Creole Connection for week. They did not disappoint. We walked right in and sat right down. The food came out fast and fresh. The catfish was soo good. And the gravy on the dirty rice was the cherry on top of the meal!

This was my first time here but definitely not my last. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was directed to the bar for takeout. My to go order was taken right away. It took about 20 minutes for my food to come out, but it was worth the wait. My Catfish Orleans was comparable to a similar dish at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. Do not let the location and outside appearance deter you from trying this hidden gem. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. Overall great experience!

We stopped by on a Friday night. It was crowded but we were seated immediately. There was a DJ playing your favorite R&B. Service was great! The food came out in a timely manner. I had the Catfish Orleans with seafood sauce and Dirty Rice. The seafood was fresh and seasoned well. The seafood sauce was delicious. For my cocktail, I tried the Rude N Ratchet it was strong but still had good flavor. I will definitely return.

Fried Shrimp & Red Beans w/ Corn

Visited here classic weekend with friends. Of course they were busy. But the staff made it all happen. I wish we all didn't order the same things so we could have tried more of the menu. The boudin balls were piping hot. They were huge and the inside was full of flavor and seafood. I was pulling whole crawfish out of mine with every bite. Fried Shrimp Platter was amazing. The shrimp were huge and perfectly battered and seasoned. The corn was cooked just right and had enough flavor that nothing else was needed. The red beans and rice was the BEST side of all the ones we had. I had the Cajun chicken wings. They were good as is but I would have liked them fried just a little harder. I like my skin to be dry and crispy down to the meat. I had dirty rice as my side and it was really good but the red beans was my favorite.

I finally made it to this restaurant, the vibe was straight and I loved the Playlist or station of old R&B!! I visited during happy hour and ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer. My entree was the blackened shrimp plate and that dirty rice was good. Nia was the server and she was very hospitable, funny and apologetic. I'd go back. Con: the wait time for food and drinks were a bit too long

The ultimate seafood platter! And the Katrina - the restaurants signature drink.

The experience and food is top tier!!!!! The owner really loves and appreciates his customers too! The servers are the best and the ambiance gives family and New Orleans !!!!

    Chicken and waffles

My daughter invited the family to try Creole Connection. We ordered chicken & waffles, Catfish sliders and Meal of shrimp&fish with dirty rice and I sampled all of it, and it was delicious. Next time we know to come early because it was crowded. Staff customer service was really good and we also enjoyed the music. It would be nice for them to play some New Orleans type music, however.

Issue came with the check....we had three groups in our party and he charged everyone's credit card on other's check and had to re-process everybody. Really annoying as this is not a hard thing to deal with handling separate checks (inconvenient for him?...yes, but not difficult).
