We first spoke to Darren in December 2024 and shared with him our dream and our Sad sketched out plans. Darren took our dreams, answered our questions and made helpful suggestions and presented as with an amazing plan. When we told him we weren't ready, he did not pushy nor did he bombard with follow up contact. We let him know when we would like him to reach out again and he waited until that date. We met with him four other times to go over the budget and our plans. When we let him know that cost was an issue he helped us sort through ways to make our dream house a possibility closer to our budget. Sadly, in the state of our economy, we had to push our plans to build. Once again they understood and asked when he We wanted him to contact us again. Again, he was not pushy, yet understanding even though we are not currently building when we do we will be calling Darren being able to be respected and understood. Makes the building process less stressful. My husband and I completed our first build in 2020 and did not have a pleasant experience. The contractors -- Roberto, Nico, and Juan -- were AMAZING. The work they did was so well done. They are so talented, and we have really enjoyed having them here as they renovate our bathroom.
