I didn't have to wait long at all to meet my physiotherapist. I attended 6 sessions, and each time was instructed what to do, and was then left alone to complete the task while my therapist tended to other patients. He was a very nice young man, and this would be my only negative, but a big one. I feel someone should be at your side making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. After all, you are trying to recover from either an injury or an operation. I didn't feel a one on one connection at all. This I found disappointing. I felt like more personal attention was being paid to the clients who had insurance that covered longer term therapy. However, I found Cam, his assistant extremely helpful, full of all kinds of suggestions and he would check in on me during exercises sometimes to make sure I was doing them correctly. During the icing times, he was pleasant and engaged in conversation with me and made me feel like my healing mattered. I appreciated the sincerity of his concern for my overall healing process.

I have been a patient for approx. 6 months and have always been treated with respect, understanding and empathy. Appointments have never been double booked and are always punctual. The facility is clean and the therapy beds are constantly being sanitized. Varun, Elisa, and Kassidy are all highly skilled, take the time to explain what they are doing and why, and have been a great help to me. I highly recommend this Lifemark location and would use it again without hesitation.

More than a couple of issues for me…read more.. 1. They double book every appointment so you never get individual care. At $75.00 per hour I expect a little more attention. 2. There is a real lack of privacy. When you are asking me to remove my clothes please have more than a curtain which never fully closes and treatment "rooms" that don't look directly into the reception area. 3. Staff run late and don't seem to care. They text, email AND call for an appointment confirmation then they are the late ones with no respect for your time. They charge for late/ missed appointments, can I bill you in exchange? 4. Besides my name and which area of my body was injured, the next question I was asked by my Physiotherapist was "How much does your Benefit Plan cover?" 5. Got booked in with an 'Intern' and still got charged full price. I am not fully treated as of today, but I won't be back here for any more treatment.

When I asked why I wasn't made aware of this earlier so I could speak to my insurance company, I was sluffed off with a shrug "It is what it is" is what I was told. Be careful, ask more questions. The actual physio is top notch, but the fact that details were not disclosed properly in time, I felt it would be best to warn everyone else before seeking treatment there.
