It is a lot cheaper than most places charge, and it shows. I got to the table and a younger lady came in, I told her that I wanted everything gone, and she nodded her head saying "brazilian, everything gone, perfect" i'm not exaggerating when I say my appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. She put BOILING hot wax onto me, and when I expressed my discomfort she said it was "normal" for it to be that hot, having had waxes every six weeks I know it isn't normal. After putting on the wax she put two paper strips on each side of my legs and ripped promptly, didn't hold down the skin to minimize discomfort at all. She then said "thank you" and walked out the room before I could say anything. I was confused as she had put a strip half covering each side. There was still wax on me that she hadn't removed. How is that "everything gone?" I quickly got dressed and went downstairs, the lady at the front desk asked how it was. I told her I was very unhappy and wanted more removed and that I would like my waxing lady to come back and finish the job, I was then informed she had GONE HOME. The lady said there was nothing that she could do and promptly handed me the point of sale system to pay. She then said they were closing so I had no choice but to go home. I called the next day and they said there was nothing that could be done. They were happy to take my money, but refused to fix it, or be professional, so I had to go and pay elsewhere to have it fixed and the job finished. The appointment left wax on me that was painful to remove since it had hardened, and I was left sore and bruised since she had not held down the skin and just yanked the strips off of me. The management was extremely poor, and so was the service. I will not be coming back and have deterred multiple friends from going to suffer the same fate that I did. Just a cash grab with poorly trained staff. Cheap price for a cheap service.

I like my massages to hurt (no pain no gain) and Elizabeth got in there and released a knot in my shoulder I'd been having problems with for months. She is great about asking what you want/need out of the massage and working out your stress for you. Her room is nice and cozy, her massage table is very comfortable and the sheets she uses are SO SOFT and she has a nice heating pad underneath to keep you comfortable and warm while she works on you.
