I've been using Justyna's therapeutic massage services for 7 years now, first in Edmonton and then…read morein Calgary. I can certainly say she is one of the best massage therapists in Calgary. She is very thorough and applies just the right amount of pressure to release my muscles and improve blood circulation. I come to Tina when I have problems with my neck, shoulders and back due to my office job and overworking the muscles at the gym and she is always able to help me. At the end of the session she is always willing to demonstrate me the right exercises for my neck or back or advise a couple of stretching exercises that I continue doing on the days when I don't see her. Tina is a very skilled therapist passionate about Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda (I believe she studied and worked in India for a few years) and I highly recommend her. She works weekends which is also a plus!

Unfortunately, my last visit was incredibly disappointing from an ambiance perspective. A neighbouring client talked loudly for the entire hour, which completely disrupted what should have been a relaxing experience. For a massage clinic, a calm and quiet environment is essential, and this felt more like being in a busy cafe than a spa. I hope Apex Massage can take steps to better manage noise and set expectations so future visits are as relaxing as the treatments themselves.
