People living there are questionable. They leave garbage in lobby, blast rap music all hours of day and night, and run through halls. Laundry rooms on each floor, but go to laundromat. The machines there are dirty , and ruin clothes. Not selective who they let in. Manager is nasty! and beware of managements secretary, shes sneaky and a liar! Once you sign lease they don't give a rate ass. Had mice issues. One star for nice landscaping & reasonable rents., although snow removal sucks! Beware!

Chelsea has helped me with three rooms so far and I couldn't be happier! She is professional, attentive and truly brought my vision to life. Chelsea spent about an hour on the phone with me before the design process even started, so she could fully understand my lifestyle and vision. She even asked where I like to go clothes shopping, which to me is such an important question! In addition, Chelsea answered any questions in a promptly manner and she stayed within my budget! Little did I know when renting said apartment, that the property had already been walked away from and was soon to be pursued by the bank. Landlord, also dba as Olympia, ignored most of my complaints. What complaints he did heed were quickly blamed upon me, such as the rotted plumbing that was backing up onto the bathroom floor due to it being fed into the backyard and not into the town's plumbing. As well, handshake agreement during lease signing to remove past tenants trash from side of house was ignored. Two months ago, after much pursuit by a trustee of the bank, an agent from the bank came to change the locks on the house; only to be thwarted by the police. Trying to leave the apartment now two months behind in rent and landlord is shamelessly, after grossly profiting from the rent, trying to recoup those two months rent. I'd assume that any business deal with this company is going to be risky, as proper facilities seem to not exist.

I love how well run their administrative team is, making it very easy to communicate our needs, schedule and coordinate specialty cleaning. They have a system to notify you before the appointments, as well as when they will arrive. Not to mention, this team does a fabulous job thoroughly cleaning our house every single time. They also help us with plant watering, which is very convenient. With that in mind, running an Airbnb means you need cleaning support that meets a quality standard, and is 100% consistent. With ACP, we feel that we can run this out as a team and trust that we will always know the price, what is being done, and that our guests will always be pleased. For those looking for cleaning of their personal homes, ACP is great for that too! We've worked with them to do specialty cleaning projects as well as carpet cleaning. Highly recommend.
