COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Don't let their current star rating fool you! STAY AWAY! I recently got their contact from a friend and at start of call, I introduced myself and asked for the name of the individual who picked up. Not only did he ignore my question but he continually asked "How can we help you?" I politely said I was given their number from a co-worker and was seeking to explore if they would be a good fit for me with credit card matters. BEWARE!!!  Does not provide service you pay for.  I retained Mr. Alluin in early 2017 to settle a one-time payment for student loans.  I'll fast forward for you, I settled my student loans for a one-time payment in 2020 & 2021.  For four years I received: -Excuses: the lack of movement was blamed on a) 'The Administration' - We have had (3) different Presidents & each time, Mr. Alluin said, "let's wait to see what the next Administration does."  The 'next Administration' NEVER changed anything. b) Collections - 'Once it goes to collections then they will be willing to negotiate.'  They never negotiated. c) Health issues - Mr. Alluin experienced some health issues.  Unfortunately, he never communicated this until years in & never offered to transfer my case to someone who could handle it.  -No Communication: Mr. Alluin never initiated communication with me, rarely responded in a timely manner & never followed up.  -Service not provided in the timeframe quoted - Mr. Alluin stated in July 2017, that my case should have been settled, "by the summer".  It wasn't settled until 2021 -Settlement that I could have received myself - The settlement that was negotiated was the same settlement that was offered to me when I called on my own behalf.  Hiring Mr. Alluin did not provide anything better than handling it myself.    Please save your time, money & sanity & do not hire Mr. Alluin from Creducacion.  **This has been shared with Mr. Alluin prior to posting.
