Creditors Relief was pretty much a disappointment, they did manage to extend the terms of my merchant loans, they didn't do anything as far as debt relief. They like to use terms like "average savings" but only saved a minimal amount on a loan that i could have settled on my own for the same amount. Their charges are quite expensive, but when they show you what they "believe" they can save you and want 1/3 of that for their services, it all sounds good, but never found the savings. I have read other reviews on here about poor communication, I can honestly say that was the one thing I didn't have issues with, I usually received a return call or email when I contacted them. My real complaint is that their sell on the savings they thought they could get me was pretty deceptive. read more

This company is a huge rip off. The debt that I was trying to settle was approximately 15,000. This company says they charge 30% of original balance, cool. For roughly 5 1/2 months I put $351.00 a week into the account they had set up. Little did I know that there was $176.00 fee each week just on the account, that doesn't go towards the 30% or anything else. I received several offers from the debt collector but was continuously told by creditors relief that they were holding out for a lower amount from the 10k offered. My final offer was 7k from the collector so I forwarded the offer to this company and wouldn't you know, the very next day they were miraculously offered the exact same offer. My total deposits came out to be a little over 8k. They not only charged the $176.00 account fee, the 30% original balance fee to negotiate settlement, they also hit me with a fee for successfully reaching a settlement. I ended up with $1400.00 left to start paying towards my 7k settlement out of over $8k. On top of that, they had the nerve to want me to continue to pay into the account racking up fees which ultimately would've cost me well over the 7k settlement. The only noble thing they did was make the 1st payment on the settlement out of that account and refund me what was left, and yes they took a fee off of that too leaving me with just over $800.00 and still owing the 7k minus the 1st payment of $587.00. This company is a rip off, They are trying to make me pay for something, I did not agree to, Also the owner listed as Michael L does not put a full name so you cannot look him up, they will not give me the number to their legal department, I have consulted my Attorney and he cannot find them or look up anything about the owner of this company. Whatever you do stay far away from this business, if you can even call it that. It's more like a high cost, no help, no hope scamming company. As you can see in our conversation they literally kept 10k dollars of my hard earned money and they did not even make one payment on my behalf. They literally pay themselves only then whenever they feel like it I'm assuming they will eventually send the creditors money not sure when cuz they never made a payment for me and refused to give me any money back at all like noting whatsoever which I can't believe anyone can do this to you. They deserve to be out of business I don't even know how they can sleep at night ripping people off and ripping people off big time and they they making 2 phone calls gives them a right to keep my 10 thousand dollars. Beware of thsi company! They will lie to you to get you to sign a contract then leave you high and dry when the creditors come after you! They cost me $100,000 contract with a long term client and have been giving me the run-around for months with no resolution. Tony and Jacob are absolutely the most unhelpful peorple i have ever had the dis-pleasure of working with. I plan to pursue legal action against this company for all of the issues I have faced. Avoid doing business with these people. These are smooth talking scammers who do not do what they say they are going to do. After paying into our RAM account for eight (8) weeks ($12,000), no contact was made with OnDeck to whom we owed the most money! They suck at returning calls, by the way. I am not sure why these other folks are giving low stars. I have had nothing but amazing communication and customer service from this group. My account manager, Sophie has been a true angel. What people need to understand is that this company is offering peace of mind-- not getting you out of debt. I accepted funding from predatory lenders then ended me in extreme financial duress-- but I did that. Creditors relieve came in and was able to help me immediately. When people are on here saying "they were scammed"- they are not taking into account that CR got TWO lawyers for me. Handled all communication from the two lenders who were threatening to come up to my place of business and harrass my staff. They were calling me and threatening legal action. I would just forward those emails over to Sophie or Tony and they took care of everything. Yes, there is a possibility that they can get your total debt owed, but they are working hard for me and I have no problem paying them. They were able to take my sleepless nights of stress and help me make more manageable weekly payments to get through this mess that I GOT MYSELF INTO. Sophie and her supervisor that did my intake have always been professional and compassionate. As I was crying on the phone feeling foolish, they reassured me that I am no fool- I was just uninformed. I have never felt as though they were scamming me. They offer a service to handle the lawyers, contracts and negotiations. That is what you are paying for. I am on the home stretch of finishing up my payments and will be free of all of this at the end of the year. I also don't understand folks saying they can't get ahold of anyone to help them. Sophie responds within 20 minutes or so during the work week- and she once replied with some documents I needed when she was on vacation. I work for Mart Liquor and I was in contact with this business. They told me they could lower my debt significantly as long as I paid their fees. I spoke with an advisor and everything sounded great! Well then they took over $11,000 from me and did nothing about my debt! I've even tried to call and can no longer get a hold of who I was speaking with. This company promises a lot in the initial conversation. The process and program is long and arduous. The program is not clearly defined or explained. Get a lawyer to read all documents before signing anything. It's a 50% chance they save you any money . Their fees are 20-30% of the outstanding loan . Be careful. read more

This company is as close to "scam artist" as it gets. Sweet talking money out of desperate and depressed borrowers, who have no where to turn, seems to be their target business. They get their money up front by ACH transfers (you should never agree to that), which amounts to you turning over your wallet before they do a thing. They have you believe great things can happen for you, but guarantee nothing, and nothing is what you most likely will get! Want to try and get status of how they are doing? Good luck with that. Once they have your fee, they will probably be too busy hustling others to work for you or communicate. Stay away from these hucksters!!! Creditors Relief solicited my business to settle with a vendor that they said they had worked with before. (Merchant Cash and Capital) May be Bizfi now. They preyed on my desire to get out of a horrible situation in which I took a loan for over 30%. They said they could have the amount I would owe and that MCC/Bizfi would pay the fees in order to get monies and settle. Well after several months no positive contact was made with MCC or Bizfi and in fact MCC had their own in house collection company MDA pounding my phone and taking legal action against me. MCC told me that they do not and would not work with Creditors Relief. My only way out was direct or with MDA. I still held out hope as Stephanie explained it was a delay tactic on MCC's part to get more money. Well, a year has passed and two things happened. I ended up working out my own solution with MDA and Creditors Relief kept all my monies ( $3,800) in the name of enrollment fees. Creditors Relief is PREDATORY and uses our fear of financial ruin to solicit excessive fees in which they do nothing to earn it. I should have listened to my gut instinct. Creditors Relief reps especially "Karl" are overly aggressive, threatening and down right disrespectful. Our agency did not wish to take out a loan of any kind but Creditors Relief continues to call my small business daily insisting that we take out a loan. Creditors Relief rep "Karl or "Carl" refused to put a manager on the line and continued to calling obsessively during business hours attempting to solicit a business loan that we do not need while interrupting our service to customers. Our company signed up with Creditors relief on 1/13/2020 with the belief that they could negotiate settlements with 2 positions we were holding. To date 4/29/20, no settlements have been reached, 1 of our positions hasn't even been contacted, (Silverline Financial). A judgment has been placed against us by the 1 position they did contact for $5000 more than Original loan value. Despite assurances that they would Handle this and a signed power of attorney to them. Our quickbooks account has a lien against it shutting of our ability to process direct payments via the judgment for the last 60 days. Our company is on the verge of bankruptcy and we have no communication at all with lenders for last 45 days from Creditors Relief. In addition Creditors relief has sucked $5800 in fees from the escrow act they had us set up leaving Zero funds for any negotiations to move forward or start. In over 100 days of non performance, Creditors relief has fulfilled not a single promise made. Now they are trying to sell a "contingency plan" to do what they were already contracted for. Creditors relief is a sham. They tell you they are going to work with creditors on your behalf but the do not. They start taking payments from you and tell you to stop paying your original creditors. But it takes them weeks to actually contact your creditors, so your credit score plummets and the creditors start taking whatever action they can. My creditors seized my bank accounts.
