The salesman Blake stood out among the dozens of interactions I had through the entire process, and is a shining example of professionalism and customer service. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable of the products he was selling, but working in sales/customer service myself, not once did I feel I was being 'sold' anything, and he quickly established rapport with me. Blake genuinely cared and listened to what I was telling him I was looking for and provided options fitting my needs in a very impressive timely manner and answered any questions I had. There were times during my interactions with him where I needed to rush the process along in order to get on the road for the very lengthy drive back to Colorado, and his execution of hustle and sense of urgency never once affected the quality of the customer service he demonstrated. I saw the service writer drive off in my car and immediately began to change the tire himself. I sat in the waiting area for 5 min. A young lady came back and showed me this giant screw they pulled out of my tire. Within 10 min they came out and told me I was set to go. They plugged my tire and I drove over 300 miles that trip and didnt have a problem. The staff was professional and efficient. I was only charged less than $20 and they washed my car.
